I drink 1 cap size as recommended on the bottle.. Taste is actually good compared to powder version of turmeric products I've tried in the past. I take Qunol for pain and inflammation due to Lyme disease. I also mentioned it to my Lyme specialists and he said it was good that I was taking this. He mentioned I should notice once inflation has gone down and I should have less pain in joints, as well as reduction in visible swelling. I am on my second bottle now and will continue to use this product. You may not notice a difference till about the 3rd week. Just like anything else you need to be consistent and give it time.

I deal with inflammation on a daily basis due to a previous back surgery. I have developed arthritis in my spine and have scar tissue. I got to the place where walking was almost impossible. Since using Qunal my pain has decreased significantly. I feel looser and the best part it is all natural and I don't have to deal with the harsh side effects of using NSAID'S.

My wife bought it because I guess it helps with inflammation so we take it after our workouts and it seems to help with achy joints. I only care that's it orange. It also happens to taste real good too. A special bonus if you like to put orange things in your mouth.

I use this along with Qunol's turmeric with pepper to help increase it's absorbency (1 of each / day). I've done some research into this and I feel Qunol makes a quality product without unhealthful fillers.

I started taking this product a week ago to see if it would help with my waking up almost every morning with leg cramps and severe backache. Within 5 days, I am experiencing a noticeable difference. The aches have not totally subsided; but they are substantially better.
