I have been taking turmeric capsules for a few years now, and the turmeric/curcumin definitely relieves aches and pains. I wouldn't go anywhere without it!! This new liquid formula is terrific if you don't like taking tablets/capsules. I only give it 4 stars rather than 5 because it stains very easily and does not come out. But that's the nature of turmeric. It's just more likely to drip or spill in this liquid form. But I REALLY like the convenience!

I started taking liquid turmeric about a month ago. At the time, I had bad arthritis in my left thumb. It was painful and so swollen that I could not bend it. I could not grip anything with that hand. I was also left handed, and it was getting difficult to hold a pen and write. After taking the turmeric for 3 weeks, the swelling went down and I could bend my thumb and grip things again. I have noticed overall that I have less pain in my body and am sleeping better because I'm not waking up hurting. I am 71 years of age. I will definitely keep taking this miracle supplement.

I like how Qunol Turmeric easy absorption capsule work. It is accessible on the stomach, and it does not have any after taste!!! I am picky with my supplements, and I highly recommend Qunol Turmeric High Absorption to those with joint pains and inflammations.

I have tried prescription after prescription, and too many turmeric products to name, and this is by far, the most effective at relieving my extreme inflammation. This has made such a noticeable difference in my daily pain due to inflammation, I cannot say how appreciative I am for this product.

I tried a number of other supplements for achy joints - trying each for two months at a time. Nothing worked until Qunol's turmeric. After about 3 weeks of use, there was a noticeable decrease in pain. I won't be without it. It really does what it's supposed to.

I take this product as part of my daily protocol. As a result of leaky gut I have been struggling with inflammation a few years. As a result I've tried many different types of anti-inflammatory supplements containing turmeric, some worked great some didn't. With this product I can absolutely tell it's working. The inflammation is greatly reduced. I'm a sensitive individual so if this product doesn't have adverse effects on me then it is a great product. I would definitely recommend it. Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed. Don't expect magic to happen, I've had to make lifestyle changes in addition. But it is definitely worth it.

I bought this product instead of the brand of curcumin I had been using. The gel capsule and 1000 mg. per capsule makes taking this curcumin daily easier. The price was excellent! (Since this is my 1st bottle, I cannot say yet if the physiological benefits are equal, but I will post on that later.)

I drink 1 cap size as recommended on the bottle.. Taste is actually good compared to powder version of turmeric products I've tried in the past. I take Qunol for pain and inflammation due to Lyme disease. I also mentioned it to my Lyme specialists and he said it was good that I was taking this. He mentioned I should notice once inflation has gone down and I should have less pain in joints, as well as reduction in visible swelling. I am on my second bottle now and will continue to use this product. You may not notice a difference till about the 3rd week. Just like anything else you need to be consistent and give it time.
