I use to use Wal Mart brand turmeric capsules, then I saw a commercial for Qunol Turmeric so I decided to try even though their pricey. What a difference. I use to wake up with the joints in my hands all stiffened up and had to wait up to 2 hours for me to open and close my hands. Then the stiffness would be on and off throughout the rest of my day. Have gone through one bottle of this, tastes good. I am 37 and healthy so its hard to say I feel much of a difference from taking it, more of a preventative practice I suppose. Hopefully I am getting all the anti-inflammatory benefits that have been suggested. Will continue to take this product.

Product that I purchased had a fair amount of the product on the outside of the capsules. This shows a rather poor quality control. The Qunol should be on the inside of the capsule and not the outside. I started noticing something that was yellow-orange on my hands and eventually found Qunol on the capsules.

After a friend told me about turmeric and how it had help knee issues, I decided to give it a try. I understood the body needs be able to absorb the turmeric, so this particular brand caught my attention with its "enhanced absorption." I don't have knee issues, but being in my 50's, I felt like it might help me in some way. Within about 4 days, my night hot flashes ended!! What a surprise and great relief!! I've told several friends about it, and will keep promoting this product.

I have dealt with arthritis for many years. Recently smaller joints (fingers & toes) became inflammed. After 10 days using this I have noticed less morning aches in those joints. I like the liquid as it doesn't taste bad & I have trouble swallowing pills.
