I do feel less pain in my body in general since I am using this product, i do take it at night everyday, my only complain is the taste. I did buy for my mother and brother, my mother also noticed the different and my brother was always with flu, now he is feeling much better.

I bought the liquid because I was taking the capsules, along with my vitamins and other med's.
