I began experiencing arthritis and inflammation in my hips a few months ago. Ibuprofen didn't really work, and my daughter found your brand after researching online. Initially, I took one soft gel but did not experience improvement, so I began taking two soft gels daily. About two weeks into taking two soft gels daily, I began to feel less soreness, less stiffness, and better range of motion in my hip. I'm not 100% back to how I used to be, but I feel better. I hope to continue to improve with continue use of these soft gels.

The flavor is tolerable and since is small dosis it's ok I guess. I have noticed changes or differences in my joints, knees, my skin, my hair, my immune system is stronger and it feels great to be able to move easier and do more things with my grandkids too !

I've been taking this product for at least 2 years now and threw all my Advil/Ibuprofen in the trash since it had expired anyway. I take it as prescribed on the bottle. Take it twice a day, sometimes mid day also, depends on pain level. Been off OPIODS for at least half a year or more!! It works very easily as I set the out the night before along with the small measuring device together so that I remember to take both at the same time. The qunol 10 goes down easily and the liquid turmeric spices up my morning.

I've only recently began using the Qunol Extra Strength Liquid Tumeric and find the product to have a very nice flavor. However, I have been taking tumeric for many years now, I generally mix with honey and store for future use. I like the idea of a liquid, so will give it a trial period.
