I'm 50 yo and I have been consuming turmeric for years to reduce my body's inflammation. I think taking it has made a difference. This product just makes it much more convenient. I'm on my 3rd bottle of Qunol Liquid Tumeric. Taking the recommended daily amount for the past 3 months has greatly reduced my back and hip pain. I told my Doctor about it and she said it wouldn't work unless there was pepper in the mixture because that helps your body absorb it. I went home and sure enough there was pepper in the ingredients. Hard to tell if there is a difference from the usual turmeric capsules I have been taking for years. But major problem is that turmeric stains countertops badly and is very difficult to clean off.
