i have just started my 1st bottle..i have inflammation problems due to arthritis in my right knee and right shoulder..i figure it would take a while for it to get in my system to feel the effects..i have alot of confidence that this product will work so i will see..the absorption rate is high for this product which is real good..and since most if not all arthritis meds have so many side effects this should be better on my body..looking forward to some real improvement..

What I like about this product is the liquid availability. From what I have read, liquid absorbs better in the digestive system than pill form because it is already broken down. The flavor is decent. I have not taken it consistently enough to see proven benefits to give it a higher rating but I plan to continue to purchase this product.

I am a 64 year old daily runner, who averages about 5 miles a day. A few months ago, my lower back and hips were achey. I read an article about turmeric, and decided to try Qunol Tumeric. The results have been incredible. I take two capsules in the early morning with breakfast and run a few hours later. My joints have never felt better. I am so grateful to Qunol for such an excellent and effective product.

I have a problem swallowing and tried chewable Turmeric. YUCK. But it really helped my joints. Especially my hands. I was told the liquid formulas taste like dirt and the pills are huge. Saw the soft gel and decided to give your product a try. No problems swallowing because the capsules are narrow and long, not fat and short. Excited to see how it works. The last formula I used had Black Pepper which was important for absorption.

I take this once a day with a few other items, like a multi and Vitamin D. It's a copious amount, the pills aren't unmanageably large. There's no aftertaste and it won't stain your teeth like turmeric powder or teas. I take this because of the long-term anti-inflammatory and purported anti-dementia benefits of turmeric. It's not like caffeine where you'll get an immediate boost or anything. That said, I used to have terrible popping sounds and joint issues in my knees and about halfway through the first bottle of this I noticed it was significantly reduced. I'm about halfway through my second bottle now which means I've been taking this for over six months and my knees feel nearly normal again. Can I attribute it to the turmeric? Possibly?? Probably? I don't know what else!

I like your Tumeric product because I feel I'm getting the best out of the supplement because of the absorption. I am in my late 70's and the more I can reduce inflammation in my body the better. I definitely feel better all around since I started taking Qunol Tumeric.

I have been taking this turmeric for about a week. I guess I was expecting to feel even more of a benefit over the store bought "regular" absorption turmeric I have been taking for years, but I honestly have not noticed any difference. I started biking recently and have knee swelling, even while taking this product, so I haven't noticed the anti inflammatory benefit yet. I'll finish the bottle, but I'm not sure it's worth the price at this point.
