Take it twice a day, sometimes mid day also, depends on pain level. Been off OPIODS for at least half a year or more!! I have RA, OA, Cervical and Lumbar injuries, went thru a shoulder, rotator cuff and bicep surgery, migraines and sleep deprivation. THIS PRODUCT HAS BEEN SO AWESOME!! I tested the difference between the pain meds and this after surgery and THIS PRODUCT WON HANDS DOWN FOR EVERYTHING!! Pain level so much better, energy and strength better, and sleeping better!!! I would recommend this to everyone that could take this product if not allergic to ingredients. Backed by all of my doctors as well

At last! A liquid tumeric for my aches and pains. In the past I would choke on the tablets and the powder I tried did not mix with water unless boiled as a tea and I don't care for tea. So I love this liquid which tastes great just drinking it straight! Thank you so much for this product I will use for a lifetime.

Love this particular form for taking turmeric! I have tried the free samples of the powder that are usually included in the package and I'm not a huge fan (very strong taste). I find swallowing capsules so much easier. I've been taking this for over a year and have noticed a significant improvement in overall ability to move and a reduction of my joint pain. I have taken other turmeric products, mostly powdered turmeric in capsules, and I definitely noticed that Qunol turmeric has made so much more of a difference.

My husband started having knee pain after climbing up on his building before he made steps. After going to doctor and orthapedic doctor and nothing helping started taking these pills. I appreciate that I can buy tumeric as a liquid. I buy it for claims to aid inflammatory ailments. Always hard to tell what is working among other interventions like taking an OTC pain reliever. I will buy this product again. The taste is fine. Remember that it does need to be refrigerated after opening!

My co-worker told me about turmeric and when I went to the-store I bought this brand. I really liked the liquid because to me it would stay in my system and spread throughout. I take it for anti inflammatory benefits as well as my joints being 62 years old. I can tell the difference when I quit taking it one time, believe me I will not do that any more! Great Taste in a Great Product that you can Feel when you take it! I mix this in my HydroFlask w/ Water or w/ my Chocolate Isolate Protein Powder During & Post workouts, & can Definitely Feel the difference!
