I've been taking this product, on a daily basis. Nothing has ever worked more effectively for me. I feel like my self again. Like I literally feel like I am in control again. I suffer from chronic lyme & an ongoing auto immune disease. & I just recently started taking this & I immediately felt the relief I was looking for. I am on my feet all day, moving, twisting and turning - and by evening my joints are sore and stiff.
