I use Turmeric to keep moving,I been taking it little over a year and a half. How I know it works for me, Their was a time I for got to take it.Had a lot going on .I really feel the difference. So I just keep taking it. The price is a little high. But I fit in my budget .

I started taking this about a month ago -'I was in a bad accident and hurt my knee real bad, also suffer from many surgeries over the years. I have recently started using the Turmeric Ultra High Absorption in tandem with the Qunol CoQ10 and love them both. I used the CoQ10 in the morning and it gives me a boost of energy and then I use the Turmeric at night before I go to sleep. Honestly, love them both so far. And the taste, for my husband and I, is good! We just take it from the provided cup - no need to mix it in juice or smoothie for us!

I have a severe injury that the doctors keep giving me meds and that I keep getting sick on to try and help the pain level in my foot I started taking the Qunol turmeric, after a month I have noticed that my constant pain level of 4 has reduced down to a two now my pain level isn't permanently gone but it sure has given me relief.
