Excellent product. I just used it yesterday, did over 300ft. of trenching in hard clay soil covered w/grass. Never skipped a beat. Replaced a gas edger, with this one, was very questionable about an elec. light weight edger. But, it did the job just as easy as the gas use to. Wish I had bought it yrs ago. Instruction on assembly are very poor. But it's easy to figure out.

As a single 60+ retiree, I purchased two pieces of WORX lawn equipment, lawn trimmer and lawn mower, and find it is much easier to care for my yard needs with these two products. The are easy to use, simple and not heavy to handle, and just needing to recharge the batteries makes my job so much easier; no messy gasoline to purchase or cords to worry about cutting.

This edger is quite powerful and works better than I hoped, did a great job on some severely overgrown pavement. Very easy to use and control. The blade position is marked on the blade shroud, making alignment easy—if you can see the edge of the pavement! If not, locate it first to save the blade and your wrist. I used to edge only in spring and fall, this unit has convinced me to edge several times during the growing season. I'd give it five stars but for the assembly and use instructions, which are all pictorial. An addition of a few written instructions would be nice.

At age 79, I love to work in the garden but can't handle most of the bigger tools. This WORX trimmer is just what I needed.I was rarely able to get gas trimmer started but this tool is light weight, starts with the push of a button and does an amazing job. It is easy to use and easy to replace the spools (which are provided free) when the trim line runs out. It's a great edger as well. Really pleased with this purchase and would recommend it to all gardeners.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the electric edger because I needed the power to make first edging if cuts on an overgrown lawn and I was not disappointed. The Worc edger was able to cut through thick grass runners and make a deep clean edge. I am very satisfied with my purchase.

I'm so glad that I was introduced to the Worx family of tools. They have made so many of the yard chores a pleasure instead of a burden. I would put Worx tools up against any on the market today. The edger is so easy too use and makes your drive and sidewalks look like a magazine photo!

I am only 5ft 2 in tall and had to bend over to use. My back hurt. The cord would not stay attached into electric grid, constantly falling out. The black and decker is much better. No I would not recommend this edger. I returned and bought another black and decker. I had the first b and d for years. It just finally burnt out.

This is the light weight I have been looking for. Trimming around my fenced in yard the gas weed trimers are heavy and hard to use for long periods, Cutting the curb and driveway edges are so easy with the wheel under to guide the blade, and is the finishing touch. Iam a new WORX user, but it is the beginning of Work electric lawn products at my house.
