I really like this product; I can "mow" my whole lawn and it will chop away at weeds and vines as well. The only problem I've had is, the part covering the string broke. I was happy that there were replacements parts; however, instead of WORX simply mailing me the part (it's very small), they sent it FedEx and it took two weeks to get from North Carolina to me in Oregon. In the meantime, my lawn looked like a jungle. So the product is great, but the shipping in this case left a lot to be desired.

i bought this may 26 2019. took a week to recieve it. used it about 2 weeks later for 30 minutes. used it again today for 15 minutes and it stopped working. it will run for 5 seconds and stop battery full charge. products useless , no good, a ripe off, wayne

I've used this edger 5 times to edge my residence lawn between the grass (Bermuda) edge and curb. From the very first use, I had to reverse directions (push forward, pull backwards) for every length of cut in order to get a clean cut. With each use, the cut has been less clean. At this point, I will stop using the tool since it's not very effective and takes too long to do the job. Rather, I've gone back to using my gas trimmer. I suppose this could be "user error", but I don't think so.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this mainly because it is on wheels. My driveway is about 110 ft. long plus we have another 30 ft. of sidewalks. I start working on the sidewalks in the back, edge down the right side of the driveway, turn and do the left side and finish the side walks and straight into the shed. Job done and done right. Never once having to lift the edger, and at 70 yrs. old, like that.

I am a diabetic and have COPD and am on oxygen 24 hours a day and I just couldn't edge my huge yard anymore and it's very difficult to find someone to do it for me and if I did find someone to edge my yard they wanted more money than I though it was worth, I saw the advertisement on my computer and decided to buy and try it out, to my surprise I could edge my whole yard before I needed oxygen again so it became my Life Saver, Thank you for showing it too me.

I've used this at least 3 times since purchase (use every-other mowing period). It's made nice lines with excellent depth. have not used as a trencher yet. Only feature that might make this better is some way to angle the blade (for garden bed edging, etc)

I like the convenience of plugging in a cord and going immediately and it is powerful enough to do the job. You have to go slow for the first cut and stop frequently to clean out all the grass from around the housing, but after that, keeping up is easy.

My gas powered trimmer died on me and I had purchased a Worx cordless drill that I was extremely happy with, so decided to give the trimmer a try. It really worked much better than I had expected and the life of a single of a single change is amazing,
