Just received this today, I would love to be able to review how it works but there was 1 screw that went right in flush to pole and 1 that has a square "lip" under the screw head that wont allow the screw to drop fully into the hole allowing for enough exposed thread to attach the large wingnut type thing and its shorter than the other. 1st time ordering Worx product, not happy I have to return to the store.

My wife hated to gas up the weed eater not to mention pulling the pullrope,while trying to adjust choke . Soooo, Our anniversary was close, she expected flowers , but got the 3 in 1 weed eater.. Now I have a happy spouse,AND I don't have to weedeat....

I received this Edger as a work anniversary gift. The tool works well as designed - except the blade will become loose during use. I've used the tool twice and the blade came loose multiples times during each use. Had to stop and tightened the tool - only to have it become loose again after about 30 yards of use. This tool would be 4-5 stars if there is a way not to have to constantly stop and re-tighten the blade

I’ve had the leaf blower mulch since it came out, just love it. Just recently purchased the lawn edger, WOW! WORX has been a great addition to for my yard.. heavy duty, long lasting, and works like a pack of mules. I’m looking forward to the next great tool they come out with.

It took me about 5 minutes to put the edger together and then I used it for the first time. It worked like a charm and I'm glad I purchased it. My husband had been using a shovel to cut the grass away from the sidewalks but never again, Worx to the rescue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last year and can safely say this is the BEST edger I have ever purchased. Very reliable and the battery, which is rechargeable, has never given out. It is flexible and so much easier to use than my original clunky, well named edger. I will eventually replace all my equipment with worx. Lawn mower is next! I much prefer getting the spools from you..such a timesaver!

So I purchased this and finally got to use it on Sunday. All in all its a pretty good unit. It's a little under powered but at this price I'm not complaining. There are 5 things that I have to say detract from this edger. First - The instructions could be better. They're not bad but in a couple of cases were not clear. Second - The blade was not tight when I received the unit. I should have checked it but didn't so shame on me. Third - The instructions for tightening the blade are basically a pictogram showing two open end wrenches to tighten the blade......Well that doesn't work. An open end wrench to hold the blade clamp and a socket and ratchet to tighten the fastener works much easier. Fourth - If this is supposed to come with tools to tighten the blade then mine were missing..... well mine didn't have any tools in the box. I don't want for tools so this isn't a big deal for me but, I can see other people being frustrated by this. The above items were all pretty minor. The only semi major problem is the blade guard....I wonder if their design guys have ever used and edger. And when I say if they've ever used and edger, I mean on all types of lawns.. My lawn is higher than the concrete and when trying to edge, the rear of the blade guard would catch the lawn and drag causing issues.... I found a work around for this but the design guys should have caught this during testing......shame on them....I really expected better considering how much thought was put into their saw horses and work stations... I really feel like the rating should be 3.5 stars. Pro's - Great Value, Easy to Use- Con's - Blade guard, no tools to tighten the blade... For the Worx design team....please get in touch with me to iron out the negatives...with a little work this could easily be 5 stars..

The depth adjustment/edge guide is pretty flimsy and of little use. Mine broke and I cannot remove it because the bracket is between the blade shroud and the motor assembly, and cannot be reached with a wrench. I may have to hacksaw it off as it hangs down and interferes with edgeing.
