I bought this generator a month ago to prepare for hurricane season in the south. This unit is so powerful and it has so many cool features. The remote start is awesome and having a battery tender is a great addition. I have this unit hooked to my house via a 50 amp inlet and a manual transfer switch. This setup is the closest and most cost effective way of controlling my home during a power outage. I am super happy about this purchase.

Just received my new Westinghouse generator and it was a dream t set up and do a test run. I had sent my older generator up to Western NC to help storm victims and knew I needed to replace it before winter. It took minimal time to install the feet and wheels. Then finished other setup items in the User Manual (very helpful). Filled it with oil and was ready to test. I tested with propane, though I am installing a natural gas outlet to run the generator. Hooked up the propane and hit the Start Button. It took off immediately! 30 minutes to set up and test. Lot's of great features on this generator compared to my last one. This will primarily be used for home backup when utility power is out. This is going to work out great!

The generator was well packaged received with no damage and no missing parts. This was easy to assemble and started on the first try. I liked it because it was all metal and a good design. I love the extra plugs in the front and easy to use the fuel gage. The remote start and stop is a nice feature.

We bought this after a hurricane wiped our electricity out for 9 days and our old champion died. Decided we wanted a heavy duty generator with all the options. My husband loved the tri-fuel options and the easy start up features. We have yet to put it to the test but it's ready for this week since we have another hurricane coming. We're confident in this generator. Putting it together was easy, put the wheels on, oil in and ready to go. I like that I can start it up alone too.

Was easy to assemble, and came with everything beside the Natural Gas Hose is missing, which I have reported to WestingHouse and waiting on if they could mail me one. This same model was recommended to me by my neighbor who used it during the recent Hurricane Beryl in Texas and hooked up to his house and provide power to the whole house.

Bought after storm Helene struck this area and I was out of power for 5 days. If this device is as good as the way it was packed for shipping I will be OK. Easy to put together, wheels and 2 stands. One person with a little muscle can handle that. This generator looks like it can handle a situation like that. Wish I had been proactive instead of reactive.

We purchased this generator for its versatility. The ability to connect to a LNG line or use propane or gasoline is definitely a must when faced with hurricane and electrical infrastructure that cannot tolerate the energy usage during extreme cold. Looking forward to having power during those times!

What a nice product! Easy to put on wheels, filling the oil, connecting battery and start the machine. Everything went together well and seems to be of high quality. Machine started up without any problem! I hope I don't need to use the generator but am feeling good and confident that if I need the generator, I am well prepared!

Awesome generator from the start. I used propane to break it in and it started right up with no hiccups or problems. I think is a great addition for the next storm and it will perform well as far as I can see. Too early to review long-term durability but looks like a quality product.
