I bought this after a prolonged power outage (5 days) due to a hurricane. I have run the unit for a few winutes and the start-p and operation is very reliable. I have not yet had to run this for a real life power outage so i do not know the long term performance

We purchased this after we lost power for 10 days as we needed a generator that would be flexible to run different fuels. The generator came with everything we needed to support the house with the essentials to start without any additional items needed to hook up. We will add a line to connect natural gas and to plug into our breaker box at a later date, but we have the comfort knowing that if needed the generator is ready right out of the box.

This tri-fuel generator has everything you could think of for convenience in operating a generator. Trickle battery charging so you don't have to worry about dead batteries, 3 different fuel choices, auto choke, remote and push button start etc. make this product stand out. It is slightly quieter than older models too! Excellent user manual makes this thing a breeze to operate and get started with. Highly recommend!

Easily assembled, great owners manual, and the remote start is cool but not needed. Replaced a 11 year old Rigid generator with this one which was rated #1 on multiple sites. Haven't ran my house off of it yet but hope it stands up to the ratings!!!!

After my old generator quit after hurricane Milton I was shopping for a replacement and this stood out among all the rest. 3-fuel, push button start, size for what it puts out, just a few. Told some of my friends and unfortunately the missed the sale.

I just picked this up and unpacked it. I was immediately impressed with the heavy duty construction and included components. This tri-fuel unit came with both a propane line and natural gas line and remote start fob. I needed something this size to go with my 50 amp generator line.

We purchased this generator for its versatility. The ability to connect to a LNG line or use propane or gasoline is definitely a must when faced with hurricane and electrical infrastructure that cannot tolerate the energy usage during extreme cold. Looking forward to having power during those times!

We selected the WGen9500TFc model to replace a B&S Storm Respnder 5500 which had been converted to tri-fuel. This upgrade will cover all the necessary loads during multi day power outages we experience here in Houston. May not be as convenient as a whole house unit but much more cost efficient. This new unit will make the next storm easier to manage. Three year warranty is a bonus for peace of mind.

I bought this generator after hurricane Helena came through.I did a lot of research on generators trying to find one with all the features I wanted.I purchased the 9500 watt with battery start and even had a remote control starter key fob.After hooking it up to my house it did a wonderful job of running basically my whole house no problems.Also has a carbon monoxide monitor to shut it down if levels get to high.Great safety feature,Good product and highly recommend.

I purchased this Generator a month ago to use during our hurricane season if needed, so far I am please with the product, I have not needed it yet but I have ran the generator and hooked it to my house connection and it ran everything I needed to run.
