I only gave it 4 stars because i have only ran my generator for 90 minutes. I ran it for a half hour without a load then i ran it an hour with a moderate load. I shut it off and immediately changed the oil. Lots of shaving and glitter. So far so good!

We purchased this generator a couple of months ago. We had a transfer switch installed so we won't need to run extension cords. Best purchase we've made in a long time. Living in FL we felt it best to purchase a generator and not need it as opposed to needing one and not having it. We are now ready in case of any power emergency.

We bought this for the Florida hurricanes and had an electrical outlet placed for ease of use. We have not used it yet but the features this generator has should come in handy when needed. it was a great price and with the sales tax exempt time in Fl gave us an extra discount.

I decided to buy this about a week ago, we survived hurricane Beryl out here in Texas at my brother in laws house because we weren't prepared... he had this particular generator and was able to get it plugged into his breaker box and ran the whole house with it...one of the best investment I have ever done

Bought this in preparation for the hurricane season. It powers the whole house (less AC unit) via my installed back feed thru the main electrical panel. However, I drove over the generator's wheel and need to replace it. Any suggestions on where to find one?

I bought this generator after hurricane Helena came through.I did a lot of research on generators trying to find one with all the features I wanted.I purchased the 9500 watt with battery start and even had a remote control starter key fob.After hooking it up to my house it did a wonderful job of running basically my whole house no problems.Also has a carbon monoxide monitor to shut it down if levels get to high.Great safety feature,Good product and highly recommend.

I purchased this Generator a month ago to use during our hurricane season if needed, so far I am please with the product, I have not needed it yet but I have ran the generator and hooked it to my house connection and it ran everything I needed to run.

It took only 10 days to deliver and sitting in front of my garage on a pallet in perfect condition.Westinghouse has been around for a long time, and I feel confident in my decision. I used propane and it started on the first try. I'm definitely recommending this generator.

purchased generator a week ago,its pretty quiet easy operation,back fired 1 time when starting up,wish there was no co2 sensor,believe its going to be a problem,i operate a food truck with close range space.seem like its well built,will know much better in the months to come.
