It's been almost a month since I purchased it and I just now got to use it runs perfectly and started right up. The remote is a great feature so my wife can start it up with out going outside

Solidly built, easy to start and runs great. It is not quiet but not as load as I would have thought. Once you get 15 to 20 feet away it is not too load

I received generator with defect and damage to frame. The quality control seems to be poor as they sent me a generator with the 30A reset circuit breaker not installed as it does depress and looks broken. See all the attached pictures.

Easy Push button electric start. Wired in without any issues and fit perfectly in well house. Buttons can be read without any issues. Remote start is an absolute bonus!

It was easy installation and it is very portable. It looks big when it comes in the box but once installed it is great! All instructions come in it and ver well equipped.

I bought the generator to keep us going when the storm comes and it worked had it running on propane ran pretty much the whole house and it's not as loud as the really old ones that did not put much power out

I live in FL and need in case of hurricane. We have used once so far and very simple to use. My only watch out is the cable needed to attach to house. It took a bit to uncover what right size cable necessary for a large unit like this (9500.)

I bought this a few weeks ago. It was easy to assemble and crank right up. It'll be well used for my welder and for my freezers and refrigerators in my garage..

We are very happy with this product. It has enough power to keep our appliances, water pump, and lights running during an outage. The remote start is a great feature.
