Just got my generator. Easy set up.runs flawlessly. Remote fob for starting is awesome during nasty weather. Digital run meter is great for maintenance purposes.

I broke down finally and bought a generator. After much research I chose the WGEN9500. Glad I did. All the power I need, easy to set up , and more importantly easy to start and maintain. Solid product

Got it unboxed and did a test run and everything is great when hooked up via natural gas. Hope I don't need to use it due to a storm anytime soon, but I know it will work great.

Brought this in June, added oil and gas and it started right up. No issues yet, seems to be a sturdy and reliable generator. The remote start is nice also.

Delivery came earlier than promised during the PG&E shut offs which was greatly appreciated. Attached the wheels, filled with the provided oil, and was providing power to the house within minutes. Ran it for 15 hours the first day

This generator was recommended by my brother-law. He thinks its great and so do I. I don not have a cell phone that takes pictures, I have an old flip phone.

I looked at quite a few generators in the last few months and this is the one I decided to buy based on my research it was the best deal for the money. I really like all the features of this generator and it will be a life saver in a power outage.

So glad that the generator came with the wheels, handle and battery. With other companies that is a separate purchase. The instruction manuel is very easy to understand.

Looks good. I am very pleased with this generator. Very powerful and Tri fule. Won't have to worry about fule Incase of an emergency. Very glad I bought it.
