Recently purchased, have tested but have not needed to use yet. Runs perfectly, love having multiple fuel options. Delivered early, excellent service all around!

Update Rvw: See my original Review left by 101st Patriot. Running propane with Easy Start on AC. Works like a champ. At 81 I moved up to a remote start; nice!

Bought to use in case of loss of electricity on a smaller level, it is easy to use and lug around. It did come with a bent frame on the bottom by the wheels and bent battery charger poles, but all seems to work fine.

I started it today 5/1/23 with my key fob remote start and everything worked great. My electrician will wire to my fuse panel with outside plug to plug in generator to run NY 2000 sq ft house including my 3 ton air-conditioner on 5/9/23.

Product is good for what I needed but assembling which only requires attaching wheels and legs was a chore since 4 bolts for the 2 legs didn't line up properly and had to be forced in to attach and still was only able to attached 3 of the 4 bolts.

Just got it all hooked up today, so far it's working great. My older generator just wasn't big enough. After hooking this one up it seems to power everything in my house. So far so good, don't want to give 5 stars yet, but it's great so far.

I had this 3 weeks 9500/12500 so far so good.I would recommend everyone have a generator and this one doing good I will come back in a couple months and leave a further update on it.

I just got it and I'm so happy i did. I'm very confident this will do exactly what i need! Came in perfect condition! Has all the features i was looking for.

Bought product because of name brand and the ability to supply electricity to majority of house using natural gas/ propane or gasoline. Shocked at distance it runs using 3/4 in natural gas flex hose. 35 ft and has no issues. Great product

I got this generator back in May. And it wouldn't turn one I had to take it to a shop, started working for two days and the broke down again when I needed it for the hurricane.
