We live in Florida and we bought this unit to provide power to the house when hurricanes come to visit. Could not be happier with the overall construction and features available with this model.

Used this generator a few times already with no problems...Starts right up every time. I live in a rural area without city water...I have 2-220V pumps that supply water and they operated like normal

Everything works so far, there are hours on the Generator right out of the box, I like that because it means they test their equipment at the factory.

Unboxed and the item was undamaged. Added the oil and gas, then connected the battery and it started right up with both the push button start and the fob. So far so good!

We bought this generator to ensure that if we have a power outage during the hurricane season that we would have a source of power. The generator is quite and has an electric start.

This product is great. Used the wireless start feature and it fired right up no issues. The automatic choke is a great option they include and look forward to using this generator in the future.

After many months of research and reading reviews of many different generators I finally settled on the wgen 9500 because of it's many features and great reviews

This is a beast, haven't gotten to put it to the use mode yet but with the storms stacking up I didn't want to get caught this time. Simple to put together. Don't get me wrong I hope I don't have to use it, but I feel better if we do get a storm

Haven't had to actually use it for my home but will be running it through the gauntlet shortly. In the meantime everything seems to be working fine and happy with my purchase. Will update review after breaking in.
