Bought this in November and am just now unboxing it. The assembly, use and maintenance instructions are clear and concise. Snow is coming down with ice expected; hopefully won't need the generator, but confident it will do the job if needed.

Easy to build and run out-of-the-box, remote start is very convenient, battery had a charge and started right up. Build quality seems good and we shall see how it holds up over time.

I've used other portable generators for years. I'm very impressed at the features and quality of this Westinghouse 9500 C generator. Very sturdy frame handle and wheels, excellent data center and love the remote start. Highly recommended.

It was very easy to assemble. More compact than I was expecting (that's a good thing)! Nice to have piece of mind knowing that we'll be able to have power for most of the house the next time we lose power to Mother Nature.
