Extremely happy to have back up power, easy to connect this tri-fuel model to natural gas line. Saving money on refrigerator groceries not going bad anymore!

So far so good. Got it recently and came with everything necessary to get it up and running. Too bad it didn't come with a storage cover and operational cover.

Just unboxed my new generator and followed the instructions. Very impressed by the quality if this generator. It started on my first try and runs well. Not looking forward to my nest power outage but I will be ready now.

The Generator works really well. I pulled my pressure washer into the the generator and it worked really well. It is easy to start and easy to use, especially with the push start button.

One of the two rubber feet fell off (wrong nut & bolt). Battery disconnected by hidden connector BEHIND Control Panel (Not documented in product literature). Battery charger had bent prongs & could not be plugged into a US outlet.

We got this generator because of power loss. Generator is perfect for the size house we have. was able to run all appliances and looks like we will be getting it out once again with this freeze coming up.

I bought this just about a year ago for emergency needs.and haven't needed to use it yet. Showed up in great shape from the shipper. Set it all up and it started on the first try planning on using it exclusively on LP gas.

I purchased, received, and unpacked, very easy-to-install wheels and stand supports. I added synthetic oil, connected the battery, applied the choke, and hit the start switch—immediately started and ran.

We bought this after being without power so long with Helene. We had one with pull start and it was causing shoulder pain when attempting to start it. With the remote we just have to push the button from inside the house and it starts right up.

Just unboxed after returning from overseas. Currently plugged in and charging. I cannot rate 5 stars since I haven't placed into operation. Based on a close friend who recommended unit, I don't expect any problems.
