I purchased this item after much research into generators. It seems like every time we get a storm lately the power goes out. I have a well so that means I lose water along with everything else. I am having a 50amp plug installed and a switch so that I can run my whole house. No more worries about power going out.

Bought this a few days ago to replace an existing one arrived undamaged. Assembly was easy just put wheels on and the pads connect the battery and charge and it started right up. Tested and it ran my boiler refrigerator and 2 freezer's plus all the lights very happy with this generator

I purchased this generator as a replacement for an old, bulky, temperamental generator. As a single lady I need something reliable and easy to operate and that is easy to move around. This is it. I am very happy with this purchase and easy of operation and for all of the features that it offers. The reviews for this generator are wonderful and they are all accurate.

Bought this late August. During break in and after, ran different watt items from 1875W hair dryer, grinder, circular saw and even an old homemade squirrel cage fan that take a lot of juice to get turning. Ran separately and all together, drag on this generator was barely noticeable. This generator did not skip a beat. Although I am still trying to get my electrician out to hook the generator to my home, I have no worries that it will handle any needs of my home (everything but central air). I ran it on gas and propane and was able to switch fuels while running without any problems. I have a natural gas outlet but have not tried it yet due to it has PVC pipe connected to it that is buried in the ground from connection to outlet and is 40 yrs. old. Don't trust the PVC but will do away with the pipe and go straight from the outlet with hose to generator after I get the outlet check out by a pro first. So far, I am fully satisfied with this product and from other reviews, I feel any issues will be handled by the warranty and their team. I really don't expect any with this generator though. It is nice to have three options for fueling this WGen9500TFc.

Well packaged, seems well built and very happy with the purchase. Havnt had to use it yet but I'm comfortable knowing it's our new generator. We replaced a old Coleman that had seen better days and hopeful this one last as long as that one did. Time will tell and a follow up review with 5 stars hopefully after a day without power.

I live out in the woods and needed a backup generator for frequent power outages. This unit is awesome. Easy to start with no hesitations. When the power goes out, this unit has it back up and running in minutes. The 9500 running watts is more than enough power for the essentials.

Very easy to assemble, just two leg supports and two wheels. Tools for assembly and light maintenance supplied. Oil and funnel supplied also. Everything you need to set up to run. Very good quality overall. Remote start fob. Good instructions. I am preforming the break in period by powering my clothes dryer. No problems at all. The only thing that kept me from a 5 star rating, is that it seems a little loud. I do intend to put a small shelter around it to protect it from the elements and this will probably mitigate the noise level.

I ordered and received the generator before hurricane Ida hit south Louisiana. We were fortunate we didn't get hit directly. I was able run 3 window units , refrigerator, freezer , lights, fans, TV, treatment plant & hot water tank . Although I only needed it for a short time . It did everything I needed it to do with no problems. Great unit !! I would've gave it 5 stars but I haven't used it long enough.

I spent hours mulling over which generator to buy. Finally decided on the big WGen9500. This should have plenty of power for my whole house when mother nature cuts us off from the grid. Same basic dimensions as most open frame generators but it is darned heavy due to its huge capacity. It is not quiet, but similar to a 4000W other brand that it is replacing. The 30 Amp L14-30R fits with my existing long cord and wall inlet so I don't have to make any changes right away. However, in order to use all of the power I'll have to upgrade everything between the generator and the house panel. Why have 12,500 peak amps if I can't get it to the house? Setup was quick and simple. Wheel kit and feet took only a couple minutes. Filled it with oil and some gas. Connected the battery with the quick connection now included. One push of the electric start button and it was off and running. Same with the remote start fob, didn't even have to pair it with the generator. The manual start was not the first pull start. Have to give it a pretty quick yank to fire it up with the pull cord. Nice to have multiple options for starting. We'll see how it does when we lose power and really need it, but great so far. I never give 5 stars but might want to rethink that after putting this through its paces.

Just purchased product and I was very impressed in how fast I received it. The unit itself is very impressive with great features like auto start and fuel gauge which our last one didn't have. The manual it came with is great. Completed start up and tested the generator and it runs great. Very happy with purchase..
