Purchased this item so when the power goes out we are able to supply enough power to supply our house to live comfortably while its out. Enough power to use our AC units and Fridge as well as lights. Would highly recommend this brand as I have done much research in the affordable generator brands and this one sticks out head and shoulders above the rest.

Just bought this generator and it works fantastic. Love that it has multiple options to source electricity and run (propane, gas, natural gas). Setup is a breeze and learning to use it was even easier. Not sure the remote control makes sense, but its definitely pretty cool and Westinghouse thought of everything when making this product.

I was very pleased with the quality of the product. I bought it to provide partial backup power for my house during outages. We tested it and it worked very well. The only thing I'll ding it for is that I have to remove one of the wheels in order to plug in my 50 amp cable.

I bought this generator because our community has been experiencing several random/unannounced power outages lately and I don't want to be without power this winter! After doing a lot of research, this generator was the winner. It provides the desired wattage and features and is supported by a solid review base. Setup was simple and the generator started right up.

Great generator!! WGen9500.. Looks nice and well built. Came with wheels,battery and oil. I have used it a couple time for stuff around the house just to run it for awhile. Works great. Waiting to use it for when my power goes out. Did a lot of research on generators and Westinghouse has a great price for the size generator I got. Look to be very well built. You can't beat the 3 year warranty.

I purchased and just recieved. It was very easy to put the wheels on and it came with the correct amount of oil (1.1l) to quickly add to the generator. After connecting the battery (through a connector), I added gas, hit the start switch and on the second try of the auto start, it fired right up. I was impressed that it started so quickly right out of the box. The remote start works great and I was able to start it from the comfort of my house.

I bought this to replace a smaller generator for our home. In addition to arriving in a timely manner it was easy to assemble with tools provided. Directions on use and maintenance are excellent and Westinghouse even provided the oil to get started. Looking forward to our next power outage!

After our recent power outage and finding my old generator was suffering from an engine failure, I was motivated to purchase a new generator. This unit was recommended by my step father for it's electric and remote start features. He has been impressed by it's power output and ease of use so without hesitation I purchased the same generator and quickly got it wired up. I now have peace of mind that if we are to lose power when I am at work my wife can quickly get it running at the push of a button and the flip of a switch!

I just bought this for back up in case of a hurricane in SWFL. It was well packaged, installation of wheels and stands was a breeze. It came with all the correct parts and started on the 1st try by pushing the start button. The user manual is clear and easy to follow. Can't wait to see it in action. So far, I'm a very happy customer.

Purchased this generator a week ago, it arrived on the time promised. As a senior citizen, it was no problem unpacking the unit from the shipping pallet, putting the wheels and legs on and wheeling it around easily to the back yard. It came with every possible instruction and diagram and had no problem getting it ready to start. Started immediately on the push of the start button, which is a very welcome change from my old hand pull generator. Ran efficiently, the wattage guage read 244 consistantly. Very pleased with this generator and I'm planning on adding the transfer switch.
