After a few days without power, I ordered the WGen9500. Powerful enough to run everything I needed. It showed up in 4 days when they said it would. Opened the box, everything was there; generator, wheels, rubber feet, oil, battery charger, and tool. Read the instructions. Step by step with pictures. All I needed to do was put the wheels and feet on, add the oil, and connect the battery wires. The handle was already attached and the battery was charged. Then, added fuel. Nice tank size, 6.5 gallons. Flipped the breaker switch to on, put the rocker switch to RUN, turned the fuel valve to ON position. Pulled the cord slow to prime the engine. Pressed the start button, and it started right away. Tested the 4 outlets immediately with quietestan electric chainsaw, each one worked. With the rubber feet, it didn't move from where I started it. Purposely had it on a slight incline just to find out if it would"walk". It stayed put. Also wanted to know how loud it would be. It said about 74 decibels. Fairly accurate. I have an older one that's rated for 5,000 watts which is much louder. I am going to have it be able to plug into the fuse box of the house and build a box for it to make it a little quieter. It was the quietest one in the neighborhood, even without a box over it. I like the plastic "no flat" wheels. The handle is wide with foam grip. Solidly built. Easy to move. Tried the remote start/stop. Did both first try. From the door of the house. It was in the driveway. I would highly recommend this generator.

I picked this up as a back up to the Generac I am having installed. This generator is really solid (and heavy). So far things look to be good to go. Simple setup and instructions have been easy to follow. I picked this one due to its tri-feul capability. I'll be testing out things more indepth this weekend to verify how well it operates. I have a couple 20 lb propane tanks and will add a couple more (hurricane season is here). I'll try the gas option this weekend also. I hope to test the natural gas sooner rather than later. Overall this generator looks to be what is needed for as a decent backup. If things work out well, I will most likely pickup a second.

I nought this generator last year (January 2021) and it sat in the box until the other day. Hurricane IAN was forecast to possibly come our way. Everything was in the box and after adding fuel and oil it cranked right up with just a push of the button! I'll program the remote later today. I hooked up several deep freezers and this beast handled the power draw with absolutely no problem! Nice to have that peace of mind in an instant! Will definitely be looking to buy another for my barn and garage!

Never had a generator before. At first I was intimidated by the sophisticated equipment. Found it surprisingly easy to get ready to use. It came basically ready to go out of the box. Started right up. Remote start is nice feature. Was surprised that sound of generator running was much quieter than I expected. Very pleased thus far.

Needed a generator for a construction site and none were local due to hurricane Laura. I purchased this and was surprised it arrived in 2 days. Easy assembly and started right up. Great output but was skeptical given the price point.. Lesser units were $500 more in local stores if they were in stock. Great features and a 50A plug so cant wait to fire up the welder with this baby. Only used it one day on the job but worked great and love the remote start feature. That is going to be a huge fuel saver as we only need to run it when we need it. I cant comment on longevity yet but it is a solid unit. Ran saws and hammer drills without any problems.

I bought the WGen9500 for my home, this is an excellent generator. The setup process & instructions were clear, easy and straight forward. It easily powers my whole house during a power outage. I love the remote start feature, it makes it super easy to run.

I have been using generators most of my life. This thing is awesome. I love the auto start. We bought this for my wife's food trailer and she can start it easily with the FOB. Thank you. I purchased this generator less than a month ago. It arrived perfectly intact and assembled within 20 minutes. I easily followed the directions and started it up within the hour that i unboxed. I don't have a load on it yet but will report back once it gets wired to a transfer switch.

Shipping on this generator was super fast.. Purchased through amazon. little assembly required but easy. filled with gas and one click of the remote and fired right up. so far very happy with this product and will see its first use at a nascar race..

The best part I like with this generator that it's comes with all necessary things like wheels, engine oil, battery, spark plugs tools and installation tools. I have a problem with remote to pair with generator which I call to manufacture with in couple days. So far I like it very much.
