Instructions and setup are easy and ready to run in 20 minutes. The battery came charged. And all the tools needed, including oil was included. I do note the gas gauge seems to show only 1/2 tank with 6 gallons added. I may need to check with help if gauge is faulty.

I bought this generator with the intention of running my whole house with a 50 amp generator inlet and interlock kit installed. I plan on installing a soft start on my ac unit to cut down wattage usage being used thru out the house and not worry if it will run with everything else. I did the amp and wattage data and this generator should provide all the power I need it to. Overall, I'm confident that it will do the job it was meant for. It seems to be a well made,sturdy gerator and it is definitely a heavy unit. It was easy to assemble.It came with very good owners manual that explained both assembly and everything about generator function/maintenance. I got it at a extremely good price to boot, so im very happy with it.

I bought the 9500c gas generator. I hired an electrician to install the transfer switch. I love the remote start as I don't like pull starting power tools. I shut off the power to my home and hit the transfer switch for a trial run. I was able to power my fridge, microwave, stove, TV's, and the down stairs AC unit. I didn't want to turn on everything in the house, as I didn't want to take a chance on frying the unit. I am very satisfied with this unit and would recommend it to buy.

Just purchased this generator for the upcoming hurricane season! After several years of losing power for a few days at a time, felt it was time to have a backup plan. This model has the benefit of 3 power sources which is ideal for my situation. The set up was very easy and we started it up on the first try. It hooks up to the home grid and works like a charm.

I purchased this generator about a month ago after doing quite a bit of research and looking at the many positive customer reviews. Very happy with the purchase!!! Setup was super easy, instruction manuals are detailed and easy to read through, and startup/break in is a breeze. Start methods are great giving the user the option to start with traditional pull/recoil start, push button start, or even a remote start via key fob! This generator is quiet enough that it won't disturb neighbors and I barely hear it running from inside the house. Has plenty of power to run everything I need it to in my house during an outage and then some (almost don't even know the power is out!). Well done on this one Westinghouse, will be recommending your generators to everyone I know.

since i fired it up it has worked flawlessly. ive done the regular gasoline and natural gas . both very convenient and runs great. good mobility too with the handle and wheels. cant go wrong with plug options either. offers 50 amp and 30 amp. remote start etc. this is like a fully loaded vehicle.
