I was very pleased with the quality of the product. I bought it to provide partial backup power for my house during outages. We tested it and it worked very well. The only thing I'll ding it for is that I have to remove one of the wheels in order to plug in my 50 amp cable.

I purchased this for the upcoming hurricane season, as my old generator was on the outs. Wanted something it bit more powerful. After doing some searching online decided this was the one. We just went though Hurricane Debbie this past week and the generator worked perfectly, had everything up and running in a few minutes, with no issues. The electric start usiong the key fob was outstanding. Overall would give the generator a 5 star rating.

The generator was well packaged and arrived with no damage to either the carton or the generator. The wheels and legs were easy to attach and adding the oil was also easy. I made the battery connection and the generator turned over on the first try. The FOB remote worked just as well. After putting fuel in the tank and remembering to turn the fuel shutoff valve to the on position, the generator started on the second time it turned over. The electrical output was excellent. The only thing about the generator I do not understand is it is rated at 9500 running watts and one outlet is a 50-amp. This would equal 120 volts x 50 amps = 6000 watts. I asked if the 30-amp and 50-amp outlets could be used at the same time and was told no. I do not know how to get the full 9500 running watts out of the unit.

I purchased this generator to replace an older and smaller unit. I was happy to find many extras included in the box. I have not needed to use the unit as of yet. The set up was very simple and easy to do. The electric start will be especially enjoy by my wife, should I not be home when the unit is needed.

I reviewed several portable generators and nothing matched all the features, power and price this one did. Upon arrival I inspected the box, no problems found. When opening the box everything was nicely packaged and complete. I followed the instructions leading up to starting it, it started the first time with no problems.Very pleased!!

This generator saved us during our 5 days without power during the aftermath of Hurricane Beryl. It keep us from losing all our food by running our refrigerator and upright freezer. It also ran a window unit A/C that was a real blessing in the 105 heat index temps. The quick startup and easy operation was just what we needed. This unit is easy on fuel because it ran 10 hrs. before I stopped it to check the fuel and it had only used a few gallons of gas . Highly recommend this generator. Arrived at time stated. Well packaged. Very easy to install the wheels. They thought of everything. A removable screen in the fuel filler. Filler cap has a security chain so it is not misplaced. Metal fuel tank. Even if you will not expose it to harsh conditions; covers over the outlets are important. Wheel hardware quality and fit is excellent. Included oil bottle with exactly the correct amount to fill the engine ( 1.16 qt. ! ) and funnel. The instruction manual is well written. Contains exploded view of product, part number list and wiring schematic. .

After checking other products we chose the WGen9500 for the features and power that we would need during power outages to replace our ageing unit. The easy starting,digital display and run time was the deciding factor on this purchase. Everything you need was in the box,oil,funnel,wheel kit and battery charger!

Just purchased this generator and so far am very pleased with it. The assembly and instruction manual use regular English and are refreshingly clear, with good illustrations. Have not started it yet, but will circle back after using it awhile. The chassis is tubular steel, and the weight is over 200 pounds, The wheels provided are heavy molded plastic, which I prefer because you never have to add air. The variety of 120V and 240 V outputs is very convenient, as are the three ways of starting the gas engine (remote, autostart, and manual pull-cord, just in case the battery is dead). A trickle charger for the battery is also included with a convenient charging port right on the power panel. Overall, very good design and clear instructions.

I bought this generator few weeks ago and I am very happy with it, especially the option to connect to multiple fuel source. Also, the instructions are very clear and easy to follow to set up. The feature to connect to house electric panel is an added bonus which is helpful in a big way.
