Awesome machine! When using the electric start, everything is automatic. You press start and after slight pause, it adjusts choke automatically and attempts to start. If unsuccessful, readjusts choke automatically and attempts to start again and I believe it cranked on the 2nd or maybe 3rd attempt on very first start up. Cranked easier after that using natural gas. Also has key fob for remote start which works great. Also comes with trickle charger with light that turns green when battery is charged. Comes with natural gas line several feet long and propane gas hose with in line regulator. Both hoses plug in same place with quick connect like air hose on a compressor. 50 amp plug and best price for the power ratings. Also when I checked with repair people they all said they'd work on Westinghouse but not some of the others that seem to pop up when googling trifuel gens, I guess due to Google algorithm. I had to specifically search for Westinghouse. All set for power outages without having to buy up 20 or 30 gallons of gasoline.

Have not lost power to the house yet but all my tests have been successful. Not planning to use a converter breaker box switch. Just want the essentials: fridge, space heaters, lights, etc. This would have saved my bacon last Feb in DFW when our gov't failed us. Only complaint is the packaging. When delivered the box was beat up and the bottom tape was gone and wide open. Once opened the frame was scratched up all around. No other damage(so far). I really need the bonus cover promised in the paperwork. If this is not going to happen please let me know asap so I can make other arrangements. Thanks for the great product.

I bought the 9500c generator over a month ago. It was pretty simple to get it started. Even had my wife use the remote start inside while I placed the generator at the the beginning of our driveway (over 200 feet). It started like a champ. Got to use it during Hurricane Idalia for about 1 1/2 days for our Fridge, freezer, wife's lift chair, C-PAP, and a fan. It was good to have it in a time of need.

Bought this as an upgrade, my old generator was only 5000 watts runnning and we needed more to run the house, after doing research and comparing models i decided on the wgen9500, out of the box all i needed to do was put on the wheels and feet which took all of about 8 minutes, add the oil and gas and it cranked on first pull, unit does has a battery start as well. i am very pleased with this product.

Shipping on this generator was super fast.. Purchased through amazon. little assembly required but easy. filled with gas and one click of the remote and fired right up. so far very happy with this product and will see its first use at a nascar race..

have been watching this generator for approximately 9 to 10 months. I was waiting for it to go down in price, and It finally did, and boy were we fortunate! We saved quite a bit of money. When it arrived, my husband was so excited you would've thought it was Christmas. Wonderful features, easy to use, I could even use it. The old generator had a pull start, which was horrible. At least we have something now for power outages. we love it!

I bought the 9500 model and it is so easy to start even my wife can handle it.lol. the keyless remote is awesome! the handle to move around the generator is smooth and easy to roll around. This easily runs my entire house. WINTER IS COMING!!! and in my neighborhood the power go out a lot especially during ice storms. Living in Oklahoma there is so many variants of crazy weather.

Our area had a tornado 3 weeks ago and we were without any power for 3 days. I told myself at that time, this will not happen again. As soon as power was restored I got my laptop out and ordered this machine. Not really wanting to use it but will be happy to if need arises.

I ordered this a week ago during a winter storm that caused us to lose power for 3 days. Very minimal assembly and clearly written instructions. I have no wired in a power inlet box to have the generator run my whole house off the breaker panel. Carries the load well with no issues.

Bought this in prep for another fun power outage. Set up was easy, heavy as heck for a middle-aged mom to pull into the backyard alone but the wheels helped. Ran like a gem with two full refrigerators, portable air conditioner, lots of lights and fans. Very happy. Fuel lasted about 12 hours.
