Upon comparing many different generators on the market, this one far exceeds many in technology advancements and affordable pricing. I registered my generator today and provides 3 years warranty that many companies don't offer. First time buyer and I hope to have a pleasant experience and be a customer for many years.

Purchased this generator at a great price. Much more features than my last two generators. We live in south Louisiana, so a generator is a must. Love the USB ports, the different receptacles, and circuit breakers. The data center and battery indicator will come in handy. The CO sensor brings peace of mind! Generator started up on the first try. The remote is an awesome thing to have too, and it started the generator on the first try. I would not hesitate AT ALL to recommend this generator to anyone. I now feel better with the height of hurricane season at hand! I'm so glad I purchased this after reading all the good reviews and seeing all the extra useful features.

I assembled the 9500 today- very easy and it came with oil and tools needed. After adding oil and gas it fired right up at the pus( of a button. It is quiet and is just what I need for weather related power failures. It is powerful and has a many coolness features for a fair price.

I baught this generator due to the fact ours stopped working last winter in the middle of a snow storm. Let me tell you it was no fun when it was -30 out no heat, no water, and no stove. That will not happen this year. Although we uave not used it yet, the generator is very sturdy, and was easy to get ready for use. I love that we have to option to use gas or propane. Heres to a warm power outage if it happens again.

I've only had a chance to open, unpack and inspect it so far but I'm very impressed by what I see. It's extremely solid and well put together and it was very well packed. Paint is perfect and there are no sharp corners anywhere. I'm anticipating the operation of it to be just as good.

Generator came in two days with no damages. I did not expect it to come with a battery but it did. Even the key fob was paired with the generator. Nice to see that it has a port for charging the battery when stored. Even came with a charger. I charged the battery, added oil and gas and it fired right up. We are on a well so if we loose power we don't have any water. That was the main reason for purchasing a generator. Nice to know that we will always have water and plenty of power.

I really like the remote start - so easy to use at a distance. Would be nicer if we have a light that told us wait for start as there is a bit of a delay and we would know working on it, but it's much nicer than having to go out in the rain/weather and pull start. :)

I just received the generator and it looks very nice and well built. I haven't run it yet but when I do I will post another review. The only thing I do not like about it is the <23% THD which is very high and I am worried about running any of my electronics with it.

Have only had the generator for one day everything was packaged nicely and it all went together easily I am running it on propane and it started right up and carried the load of my house I intended on with no problems Really like that it has a printed users manual and other paperwork to many tools etc onl have a digital online users manual

I just purchased my Westinghouse standby generator on August 5 of this year and it was delivered yesterday. My son-in-law came out and checked it out for me since he's mechanically inclined. Being that my wife and I live only 15 north of the Gulf of Mexico and being 78 years young the electric start feature was a great investment in and of itself. Pull starting our old generator was a little rough and asking neighbors to do that for me was embarrassing but now, I don't have to. Thanks so much.
