I bought this generator because Westinghouse make an excellent product. I started it for the first time a month after delivery. It was easy to set up and it started with the remote on the first click. No Issues. Can't wait to hook it up and power the house, ice storm is heading to east coast with power outages expected. Will send review after my first use.

I purchased the WGEN 9500 at Lowes and had it shipped directly to my house. The product was in perfect condition and after preparing the product as directed by the instructions it fired up immediately using the electric start. I also started it using the remote key FOB from about 20 Ft with no problems whatso ever. I am very pleased with it's initial performance and I am 100% certain it will perform as advertised when needed.

So glad I bought this generator. It powers my whole house and I have had no issues using it. Very easy to use. Would recommend this generator to anyone looking for a reliable backup when their electricity goes out. I would buy this handy generator again.

This thing is a power house for the money. I bought it mainly for home back up, but also for field use when needed. One of the few units with a 50 Amp output and for less money than other comparable units. It easily powers everything in and around the home with the flexibility to run from different fuel sources. Very easy to setup and run right out of the box. A quality built and tested product. I would highly recommend it.

Got this generator a couple of weeks ago for Father's Day, just in time for Beryl. Instructions on how to set it up and start it were on point and easy. It's a beast to carry, but the stirdy wheels help a lot. It's quite noisy, but nothing more than I would expect from this size of generator. I'm running it with gasoline right now, not sure how it will do with natural gas or propane yet.

Just received my new generator yesterday. Hope not to use it but living in south Florida, hurricanes can be very destructive leaving us without power for days. It arrived on time and packaged perfectly. No damage. I connected it to a propane tank to test it and it started immediately. I love the remote start function. So far, everything looks great and is exactly as advertised. When needed, I anticipate having a valuable tool that works perfectly.

This generator looks pretty sweet. Only reason I didn't put 5 stars is that I haven't actually had my house hooked up to it yet and ran the house. Happy I came off the money to get it. It should do most in my house minus the A/C of course but that's ok I can always get a window unit or stand alone if need be. It starts right up and runs good haven't really had to put it heavy use yet but I've ran it several times for a while just for break in I guess. I've read people saying it's loud but honestly I haven't been around a generator that wasn't loud, unless an inverter gen. I wouldn't say it's loud because it's like every other generator I've been around but this one puts out more so I think that's good. Wish we had a place that sold them because ordering from Amazon can always be iffy because the package was in terrible shape when it finally arrived to the house. Hopefully it's a long lasting generator!

Bought this item, free shipping to my house with no problems. Comes with Every thing you need ( except of course gas ) to get started, oil, tools and others. Wheels went right in place. Filled it up with gas, hit the start button and it fired right up with no problems. No smoking, exhaust good, noise is what you would expect. Runs most of the things in the house except the air unit we have, even our well pump, would need a huge unit to handle house and air unit.

Reviewed many generators and Westinghouse WGen9500 had the best fit and and fuel economy for my needs. Came shipped to my door with very little assembly required. Fired right up first push of the button and ran exceptionally quiet. Nice small package and will fit easily in the camper and garage. Very happy with purchase.

I bought this a month ago, and haven't had to use it yet, but so far I like all of the features that it has. The remote seems nice so I wont have to go outside to start it. The buttons, levers, and control panel is nicely labeled so I can find everything.
