I bought this item during Hurricane Beryl and it saved us. We had been without power about 6 days and with kids and elders. Cannot image the days without power. I used the natural gas as a constant power source and never need to worry about long lines at the gas station.

Really easy to put together everything was really detailed, we live in Florida and decide to purchase it for Hurricane season emergency's power outages,and I love it really easy to start cause it have a remote and to carry it around cause it's have wheel so far I'm really satisfied with my purchase i also purchase the Cover has well

Westinghouse offers great value for the price. You can power your fridge, a window air conditioner, pool pump, lights, fans, and a microwave with this. It's plenty to get through the famous Houston power outages. Great insurance. And the tri-fuel options are great. Terrific product.

Was easy to setup and impressed with multiple starts and no choke. Did not open gas line (should have read instructions closer) and first attempt timed out. Reread instructions opened gas line, pushed button and fired right up. Hook up to transfer switch for an outbuilding which includes ac unit and water well. All worked great.

Just received this today and setup was easy. Attached legs and wheels, add supplied oil, and added gas. That's it. Love the power start, no pulling. Started right up. I'm reserving 5th star as I haven't run it under load yet. So far so good though.

This was the perfect size for our needs. It runs on Natural gas and can be permanently tied to our electrical panel. When we lose electrical power, which happens every year in the Pacific Northwest, we simply roll the generator out from its outdoor housing, start it, and then flip the switches on our electrical panel to have it take over. Simple as 1-2-3.

Unpacked the generator from the box, attached feet and wheels, put the included quart of oil in the crankcase, filled gas tank half full, plugged in the included battery, programmed the key fob, flipped the breakers on, turned gas shut-off to open, flipped on/off switch to on, pressed the start button... the generator started immediately!!! I pressed the on/off button and it shut right down. I pressed the start button on the key fob this time and again it started right up. I then pressed the stop button on the key fob and it shut right down again just like it should, I started the generator one more time with the start button on the generator and I let it run for 2 hours to seat the rings and then turned it of with the key fob and it shut right down again just as expected. Next morning I turned the start/stop switch to on and pressed the start button and again it started right up. I then turned off the gas shut off valve and let the generator run until it ran out of gas and stopped running... So far so good!!! Only complaint was that the generator arrived with a dent in the upper frame while causing no obvious damage to the gas tank or generator. More than likely it was damaged in shipping. Maybe a big deal to some folks but no other apparent damage and all parts appear solid and the generator functions perfectly. Good enough for me!

Bought this for emergency whole home back up and first impression was great with small size but everything accessible. Also reading reviews I noticed people complaining of noise level but it was actually quieter than expected when running on patio. It's no louder than a snow blower!

My WGen9500 arrived today as promised. It took me 20 minutes to add the oil, put the rear no flat tires on, hook up the battery and the front feet. Very easy. Once I put gasoline in it and hit the start button away she went. Runs smooth and started on the first push of the button. The push button start is perfect for those of us that don't want to or can't pull the rope. This is quite a product for the price.

Just received my new WGEN9500DF. I am very happy with the new purchase. Remote start, with battery disconnect and charger. After having 8 degree temps and my 13 year old generator circuit board giving up, I am very happy to have the security and power this generator will provide. All for a very reasonable price. This generator should power my whole house including AC. I know I will need to turn off my septic and water well, but we can alternate these needs. Thanks Westinghouse
