Received the generator about 3 weeks ago. Finally got the pigtail to connect to the transfer switch on Saturday. Finally got it connected today after some problems which were mine and not the generators. The big test was when we tried to see if it would run our well pump which it did. Love the fact that this generator is rated at continuous power output rather than surge output! Would I recommend it to a friend, absolutely, already have

From Reviews to Youtube, you get all the information if you are a Newbie...I'm 60 and this is our first generator and was able to get it out the box...charged and Gas it up...it is easier then it looks...this is all for Storm outages...and it has all you need....besides the basics ...Portable Gas container, Propane gas attachment, and several extension cord types for the different plugins...Westinghouse...My House and family thank you....well done.

I bought this unit because we are prone to Hurricanes here in the Rio Grande Valley. But when the hard freeze hit South Texas we were without power for 4 days. The unit was a life saver. It kept our lights, portable stove and heater working. We were even able to share it with our neighbors. It made a world of difference to all of us. The unit ran for in 12 hour intervals between rest periods. I thank God for giving us the insight to order your generator. The Westinghouse generator deserves the highest rating possible. I'd been looking for a backup generator for my house. Initially I was thinking one of those auto generators, but they are exorbitantly expensive. That caused me to begin researching other options and I found a lot of great tutorial videos instructing how to do the same thing with a portable generator such as this. After narrowing that search down, I began looking at different brands and I centered on Westinghouse. A household name for generations and with the options this comes with makes it everything I wanted to included a 50AMP service right into my house or total power for my shop that is not currently electrified.

What is there NOT to love about this incredible 3 in 1 generator. I love the clean exhaust I get from propane. My old generator always gave me trouble with a clogged carburetor after several months of storage. Not a problem with the Westinghouse 9500TFc. Bring on the power outage we are ready this time.

We had to wait for delivery but it was worth it as I work from home, depending on constant power for my computer/internet and this generator will be here for me! My husband drives OTR, I can't start a smaller unit this one it perfect with the remote start. Also we built a shed to house the unit and are using a transfer switch to power our entire house, when need arises. Thank you Westinghouse!!

Started up on first try without choke. Happy my model has the 50amp plug in the middle away from the wheels so it's easy to connect. Had to return my first purchase of same unit since the serial number/model number factory plate was for another generator. That would have been hard to explain if I ever had a warranty claim. My second one is all ok. Will most likely put it to the test this winter.

I am so happy with this generator. It's very powerful. I needed something that would power the whole house and after looking at a few thus was the one. The noise level is alot less than I thought it would be, I was a little concerned about bothering the neighbors. Overall satisfied.

This is the best generator ive ever had. it will run on propane,gasoline and natural gas. Ive been using natural gas and the generator will prime itself and start. ive been able to run almost all my circuits except central A/C and thats not a biggie problem. i bought this for winter time in Texas and we have blackouts in icy weather.

This Generator is going to be a life savor. I am going to use the natural gas connection to power it and be done with fighting in line to get Gas at the station. I am so happy I bought this. I use a Bi-Pap machine and without power I would not be able to sleep.
