I got the tri fuel hooked up to my natural gas and it works very well, powers my whole house. It connects to my 30 amp inlet, I may upgrade to a 50 amp as it has that option. Love the peace of mind that I can go from natural gas, to propane, to regular gasoline. The only con so far is that it's incredibly loud.

I purchased a WGEN9500 online on 9/15/20. I was so impressed reading about the functions of the generator that I ordered a second one on 9/17/20. They were easy to assemble and push button start is just what we need as my wife and I are in our 70s and live in hurricane territory. Not looking forward to another hurricane, but it sure will be easier with the WGEN9500.

I bought this in anticipation of needing it for a storm power outage. Haven't had the chance to use it like that yet. I have an all electric house so when we're out, we are out! This isn't big enough to run everything but will run enough to keep us going until power is restored. I had ordered this online and had it dropped at the store where I picked it up. It weighs close to 300 lbs so it was a beast to get from the van to the ground. I wound up cutting the box off of it and put the wheels and feet on it which was very easy. With the wheels, my 11 year old can move it around no problem in spite of its weight. Added the oil, gas, and installed the battery and it fired right up. It has 3 ways to start and all 3 worked right away. I am not looking forward to the power outage but if it happens, I feel prepared.

Was delivered on time and was real easy to set up. Love the electric start and the remote start feature. I was surprised how quiet it was for a larger generator. This is my third generator and I already like it more than my previous generators. I don't think my wife will have any problem using it.

I did a lot of research before buying this unit, So far it's been everything all the reviews have said. It was easy to put together and started right up with my propane hook up. Right now I have a 30amp hook up but plan on hooking up a 50 amp service so I can run my air conditioner next time we have a power outage

After reading several online reviews by someone other than the seller or manufacturer, I ended up purchasing this Westinghouse 9500 Generator. The price point was great, very easy assembly out of the box, great features and with a name like Westinghouse, it was a no brainer.

we had the power go out last week but dident have the gen. but 3 days later we picked it up. I get it home but wheels,oil gas ity started right up and runs quieter then i thought it would. never used it yet,but did try outlets and works great.we don't have to worry about power now,it has plenty.When I do use it I'll give a update

Just received my generator today. Setup was quick and easy. Very well documented - my wife can operate it from the startup instruction right on the unit. I find it to be surprisingly quiet and smooth running. Time will tell on reliability but very happy with it so far.

I just received it and it has all the bells and whistles. I guess I didn't read all the product details or all wasn't listed so I was very happy with everything about it. Has push start, remote start, tools, oil and a battery charger for the battery. Super excited to have it and I can tell I will have it for emergencies for a long time to come. I recommend this generator to any looking for one for emergencies. And I was very pleased with price. A lot of bang for your buck.

Our generator was delivered a few days ago. We haven't actually had an opportunity to use it yet. We have it ready to go when we need it, but we will have an electrician set us up where we can plug it into our electric panel and have alot of items we can use in our home if the power goes out. Hurricane season on the Texas gulf coast is here. Hopefully we won't have to use it. The generator started up easily with the remote and with the electric start button. The only thing that I can say that was negative is that the bottle of oil we were provided to add was a little short on the dipstick. It showed at the very bottom of cross hatch on dipstick. Maybe to prevent overfilling. We purchased a bottle of the correct oil and will add just a little more. I like that it will automatically shut off for carbon monoxide detection. Seems like it will be a great generator for us and keep us comfortable when power outages arise!
