I purchased this generator two years ago, but only recently had an opportunity to use it. Great features, love the remote start...I keep the unit plugged in to maintain the battery performance. Awesome power, I installed a Generator Interlock and House Inlet hookup, to back feed my Main Panel off the 50 Amp output.

After my family experienced the ice storm in Victoria, TX last year, I knew I had to do better. Having a wife and three young children, I felt helpless with no water well pump, internet, septic, plugs, switches, or any type of cooking appliances available. My brother and I installed a 30A transfer plug to my panel recently. After days of researching, I decided on this generator because of all the reviews stating to buy bigger than what is needed, for a buffer. I am glad I have that comfort zone. I received it today, assembled it in 10 mins, filled with oil and gas, and pushed the start button, it started right away. I let it run for about an hour and stopped it with key fob. So far so good, very satisfied so far. I will update.

I have bought a model #WGen9500TFc generator 2 months ago. I added oil and gas and hit the remote starter fob, it started right up an hasn't missed a beat so far. This generator runs for 6-10 every third day to charge the batteries in our 5th wheel camper. I would highly recommend this generator for anyone that needs a dependable powerful generator.

I purchased this generator after the last hurricane. It was very easy to set up and started easily on the first try. I love the one button and remote start. Also, the tri-fuel start is perfect. We had a plumber hook up a quick connect to our natural gas meter so we will not need to worry about having enough fuel to run it during the next storm

Have not lost power to the house yet but all my tests have been successful. Not planning to use a converter breaker box switch. Just want the essentials: fridge, space heaters, lights, etc. This would have saved my bacon last Feb in DFW when our gov't failed us. Only complaint is the packaging. When delivered the box was beat up and the bottom tape was gone and wide open. Once opened the frame was scratched up all around. No other damage(so far). I really need the bonus cover promised in the paperwork. If this is not going to happen please let me know asap so I can make other arrangements. Thanks for the great product.

I experienced very quick delivery and received my WGen9500 in excellent condition. Good instruction manual enabled easy set up. Electric start with the remote start key fob is a welcome feature. My generator started immediately and runs strong. As I'm keeping this on hand for emergency backup power, when shutting down I will use the fuel shutoff to drain the carburetor. After a considerable amount of shopping and comparing options, I am very pleased with this Westinghouse generator.

We bought this tri-fuel generator 3/15/24. After receiving the generator we tried each of the three different fuels and the generator started right up after trying each one. We hooked it up to run power for the house and it worked right away. We are confident this generator will work for us in the event of a power outage.

The generator was easy to put together without need for additional tools. It is surprising easy to move around despite its weight. The push start remote makes the generator very easy to start. I was also surprised by how quiet (for a generator!) it is when on. No longer dreading the next big storm!

Bought this in prep for another fun power outage. Set up was easy, heavy as heck for a middle-aged mom to pull into the backyard alone but the wheels helped. Ran like a gem with two full refrigerators, portable air conditioner, lots of lights and fans. Very happy. Fuel lasted about 12 hours.

I purchased and just recieved. It was very easy to put the wheels on and it came with the correct amount of oil (1.1l) to quickly add to the generator. After connecting the battery (through a connector), I added gas, hit the start switch and on the second try of the auto start, it fired right up. I was impressed that it started so quickly right out of the box. The remote start works great and I was able to start it from the comfort of my house.
