Great generator very versatile and complete

It comes with all the options for heavy equipment connections to cellphones and a way to charge the generator battery if needed without taking the battery out. I got the GAS model but being able to get the tri-fuel system is great. really sturdy product. As a cherry on the top, the remote ON/OFF is another great feature.

Excellent Tri-Fuel Generator

After studying tri-fuel generators carefully for the last several months, I finally pulled the trigger on purchasing this Westinghouse 9500 TFC. Could not be happier with the purchase. This generator is absolutely solid. Setup was a breeze, and coupled with a power inlet box to my my panel, I can confidently power up much of my entire house, including my air conditioner. Instructions are clear and simple. Generator was packed and shipped very securely. Highly recommend the tri-fuel series. Running this off of natural gas straight from my house.

Great tri fuel generator

Kelly and I bought this because a couple of times a year we will be out of power for a few days. We considered a whole house generator, but we decided on a portable one because we may move in the next few years. We normally would need backup power during the winter so we wouldn't need to run the AC in the south. Even though this one would provably run the AC system. It was easy to assemble out of the box, put on wheels and rubber footing. Put in engine oil, fuel and it fired right up. We also have natural gas at the house, which would give us a more abundant fuel source. As gasoline could be scarce during extended power outages. I would buy this one again.

Great job

This is my second purchase. Bought first one after Helene. Worked fantastic. Runs whole house and well with no problem. Because of excellent service from the first one I set up a second one for emergency power to the shop and barn. This saves the birds I raise during power outages.

Nice generator and Work as expected

I got it 1 month ago as a backup power source in case there is a power outage. Following instructions, it is easy to setup (just installation of wheels and feet) in ~15 min. Hooking up and connecting to our house gas line is also easy with correct adapter. Starting the machine with a simple pushing button, it works as expected. I just tried twice (each 30 min) when linking to my house electric panel with a kit, it can power my house (lights, microwave, refrigerator, etc). Happy with it. Waiting for the next power outage.

More than my money's worth!

I have been reading reviews and researching generators for over a year now. I narrowed my search down to what I would realistically need. The Westinghouse Wgen9500 and wgen9500df were in our top three. The third was a Honda. It came down to value, features, ease of use and service after the sale. I tested engine speed which should be (60 hertz) it was actually 59.9 which is within range. Sine wave output measured at 49 which is perfect meaning the peaks and valleys of the waveform are equal. I did not find the same on some of the other brands. This will be connected to our meter allowing us to power the crucial circuits within our home during an outage. Features we love: Remote start, Push to start, and recoil cord as the back up! 4 GFCI 20A 120v outlets (most comparable units came with only 2) Wide mouth filler neck for refueling (minimize spills) Oversized solid wheels that make it easy to roll over rocks and debris easily. Battery, tow handle and wheel kit included (some charge extra $$$) More wattage for your dollar. Buy with confidence!

Great features and the perfect size for my RV

This is a great generator! It can run on natural gas, Propane, or gasoline (I only use non-ethical gas to prevent problems). It fits right in the back of the truck under where the fifth wheel connects. I'm going to use it to do some pressure washing with my electric pressure washer with water pumped from the pond. Gotta get it going!

Powerful model allowing all 3 fuel sources

Like many people that experienced recent hurricanes, I decided I needed to have adequate optional power sources. I had smaller gas generators, but had to keep moving the unit to power some portion of the critical need items. I decided I needed a larger unit to meet all, or most of, the needs with one unit. This unit also allows for gas, propane and natural gas fuels which is helpful as sustained power outages sometimes make it difficult to get gasoline. I test ran the unit for a short period and was pleased with the operation.

Powerhouse

With the uncertainty of the power grid these days its a must have. Easy operation. Runs on natural gas, propane and regular gas. Powers the entire house and all utilities. To run the air, simply shut down the house breakers and run the air till comfortable and simply switch back to the main house breakers when done. Nice wheels and handle for easy moving around to storage. Starts with a push of a button or the remote. Don't be caught with your power out ever again 😁
