Only had this two weeks so far but I will say that this unit was very easy to assemble. Once I filled the fluids I went to start it and the generator started like a champ. Started with pull cord, electric start and remote fob. All worked and the unit ran great. Had a wire on the unit that was pinched in half during shipping at some point, will get hold of Westinghouse about that, But I'm confident that they will give me the assistance that I need.

I just bought this generator to replaced a Generac I had that died. The ease of use was a determining factor for me with the remote start. I have not had a chance to use the generator yet but setting it up and testing it, I know if will be easy to use and that makes me happy!

Man I cannot believe how nice this thing is! It's not often a product exceeds your expectations but this Tri-fuel generator takes the cake. It's just so heavy and well built with so many bells and whistles, I love it! I tested it on gasoline, propane and natural gas just to be sure it worked with them all and on all 3 fuels it fired right up, with the REMOTE START and ran like a champ. I plugged everything I could think of in to it on all 3 fuels, including a huge chest freezer, a standup fridge/freezer, a big air compressor and a miter saw and ran them all at once and the generator barely noticed. Definitely going to meet all our needs. Eventually I'll get a transfer switch so I can run the whole house through the electric panel and it's awesome I can use a 30 amp or 50 amp switch! The built in cO2 sensor is great for a little piece of mind. Electric start is awesome but also pull start if your battery was dead. I just can't say enough about how impressed I am with this purchase! It is rather loud but I'm sure they all are. Very well pleased with and highly recommend this bad boy!

I live in the Houston area and during hurricane season power goes out quite often when it rains hard. I purchased this generator on May 2022 and it works great. I have 2 AC units and I'm able to power one at a time plus all the downstairs of my house without any problems. I really like the remote start feature. I recommend this product 100% plus it is at a decent range price wise.

I recently purchased the WGen9500c. Very happy with the sturdiness/construction of the unit. I was afraid that a portable unit would not be able to stand up to wear/tear. No worries as this unit weighs 200 pounds and should be able to withstand anything type of transport, weather, etc.

Quick setup, just put the wheels on, connect the battery, add the provided oil. Easy to start with push button or remote, or manual pull start. It even come with a charger for the battery. I just plugged in my power cord from my transfer switch to provide backup power to my home. very pleased!

I wanted a portable generator that worked with natural gas and this fit the bill. It's got plenty of power, even on natural gas, to handle almost everything I need in my house. The unit was well packaged and it was easy to install the feet and wheels. My only complaint is regarding the remote start key fob. It arrived with a completely dead battery, which I replaced, and then the instructions in the manual to pair the key FOB to the generator were wrong. The manual instructs to press the Engine Start button for 10 seconds to begin the pairing process, but after 2 seconds the engine tries to start. When I went to the website I found the correct instructions (there's a small red button on the side of the panel to initiate the pairing process) and I was able to get it paired. Aside from that, the unit looks good so far.

Had been considering a portable generator for whole home backup since the 2021 freeze and finally decided it was time after this year's derecho. Not two months later it was put to use after a hurricane. I was pleased with its performance once I figured out the fuel selector knob was stripped (still waiting on a replacement). Thankfully a monkey wrench did the trick. Overall no regrets, except maybe I should have gone with the 11500.

This WGen9500 generator appears very well made. It started right up (after adding oil/fuel). I attached a 30 amp plug to my house transfer switch which powered the house right up. I simultaneously plugged a window unit AC and the garage freezer into the 120V GFCIs, with no problem. The electric start is great and the included battery saved me another expense. It's as loud as you would expect a large generator to be, but it's quieter than my old smaller model. I'm very pleased with it.

I've had it one year with no trouble during the maintenance use only. Only running it as required to keep the fuel system clean. The purchasing set up was very good and so far customer support over email or telephone has been acceptable. Time will tell how it runs under emergency use and long-term maintenance. I did have one problem with it starting up on electric start but I manually push the choke to the far close position and then it worked on automatic start.
