The biggest complaint I saw before buying was the 50a plug being right over the wheel, making a hard connection. They've swapped the outlets, so the 50a is now free and clear, works great. Ran the generator a few hours yesterday and today and it works like a champ. great product.

I bought this on Friday and received today (Sunday). This thing feels well built. The starting instructions were quick and concise. The exact amount of oil was provided so I didn't have to guesstimate how much to put in. A fill funnel was provided with tools. More than enough features from charging a smartphone on a USB to running a whole house. The push start is very pleasant and a quick push of the button makes it auto start so you don't have to keep pressing. You won't be disappointed with this thing. It's like a tank. And then there is the key fob which works awesome. It kind of felt like a bonus to have a push start and key fob for this price. I would highly recommend this product. I wanted a DUROMAX but they were almost 50% more with the same features. I have no regrets.

I purchased this generator 3 months ago, and luckily I didn't need to use it, however I did turn it on twice just to run it. The first time it started up after a few times and I ran it for several hours. A month later, I tried running it again and it took a longer time to start it. After awhile I was able to run it for several hours. Today, I am trying again and it starts up, then shuts down after a minute or so. After I purchased this generator, I was asked to write a review and I would receive a cover for the generator, however I never received the cover. I also wrote the review based on the first time starting it. My brother is still trying to get it to start.

I just had electricians hook this generator up to power our entire 2,000 SF home and when they fired it up, everything worked 3 ton A/C, 2 refrigerators, 3 bedrooms, all appliances, lights...EVERYTHING. And it didn't seem that the generator was straining to maintain power. The electricians verified that this model was top of the line (and they sell another product). True statement, one of the electricians was so impressed, he's considering purchasing the same unit. It was easy for me to assemble (I'm 72 years young) and pre-flighting was effortless. It is loud, but that's to be expected, so I'm going to build a sound box. All in all, we're totally satisfied and this unit exceeded our expectations. We honestly hope we never have to use it, but if we do, we know we'll remain comfortable during a power outage.

Recently purchased the WGen9500c. This generator is feature rich and value packed. My wife especially appreciates the remote start feature. We live in a small two bedroom home on the coast. This should be able to power my entire home if heavy wattage users like a/c window units are managed properly.

I bought this generator and put half a tank of gas. When we moved the generator the gas spills out of the gas gauge. I am told the generator has to be level when moved except there's only 2 wheels so you have to pick up on one side so it won't be level. Since there is no cover on the gas gauge and it is open to the tank we will also get dirt and dust in the gas tank.

It arrived this morning via freight. It took about 20 mins to unbox it and get the wheels and front legs on it. Once I pulled it into my backyard, I filled it with the 1.1L oil shipped with it. Nice touch on just the exact amount!! Then I filled it full of gas and then connected the battery leads. I hooked up my generator plus into my transfer switches and then flipped the run button to ON and pressed the start button. I forgot to turn the gas line on, so once I did that, the start button fired it right up. I then switched from line power to generator power to see how this big thing would handle the load. It never missed a beat. After being without power for 9 days due to the Easter tornado, We will be able to run much more of our home in the future if a similar incident occurs. I highly recommend this generator. A+++++

I bought this a month ago, very disappointed. it did start up right away the bonus of remote smart actually cool was my deciding factor. But i bought with the intention of running my portable welder. Does NOT have the power to keep the welder running. my welder shuts down telling me the current is not strong enough.

This is a great generator come with all the accessories was very easy to put together. Started on the first try. Run my whole house without a problem. Did everything it say it would do plus more. Love that is has a 50 amp connection to run more of my home appliances. I would definitely recommend this item to anyone looking to buy a generator.
