purchased as backup emergency generating power love the idea of a tri-fuel system

This was delivered on the 25th or 26th of January. Love the convenient and easy start. Used today, after very cold spell and it fired up on the third cycle

I received my genset on July 4th, just now testing it out--started just fine, but no power output--and the service department does not answer the phone on the weekends

For an easy start generator, this is the hardest starting thing I've ever had to contend with, and I use generators on construction sites frequently. I wanted this for house emergency power, but it drains the battery to start it, so that's pointless, and it won't start manually either. If you shake it just right as it's starting, it will turn over. Too bad it's not returnable because I used it ONCE to see if the transfer switch worked and it would power my home

Purchased this after going10 days without power and needing help to start my OLD generator. I'm 92 years old and using this push button start and having a remote starter device gives me such peace and assurance for our next power outage. THANK YOU!!!!

I purchased this generator 3 months ago, and luckily I didn't need to use it, however I did turn it on twice just to run it. The first time it started up after a few times and I ran it for several hours. A month later, I tried running it again and it took a longer time to start it. After awhile I was able to run it for several hours. Today, I am trying again and it starts up, then shuts down after a minute or so. After I purchased this generator, I was asked to write a review and I would receive a cover for the generator, however I never received the cover. I also wrote the review based on the first time starting it. My brother is still trying to get it to start.

We bought this generator as an emergency backup for the after an ice storm left us without electricity for 12 days. Don't get me wrong, I love the outdoors and roughing it, but that Little House on the Prairie nonsense gets old after a few days and I am not Pa Ingalls. We're on a well, and I've got it figured that this generator will put out enough juice when the time comes to keep the water flowing and keep a light on outside so as prevent that nosy, brat Nellie Oleson from snooping around where she doesn't belong. In any case, we haven't had cause to use it yet other than to break it in and in a way I hope it remains that way. God bless and keep on trucking.
