The generator provided all of the power that my subcontractors required and never skipped a beat. Excellent product! It is now in place as a back-up power supply for future power outages.

I finally get around to install it January 19 2025. It was easy to install and the remote start key is a plus so that my wife can start it as well. It is very easy to move it around for usage and storage with big wheels. The generator can run everything in my house including 3 ton A/C, 2 refrigerators, and lights... It is such a peace of mind when we could lost power due to hurricane in summer.

It ran strong for 8 days and powered everything we needed in the house. We were careful not to run too much electric at once, but we were impressed none-the-less. It really saved us, as the temperatures were quite cold. Also impressive is the manual! It provides very specific details in a very easy to read and understand format. The instructions made setup, use, and an oil change a breeze!! The unexpected bonus for us was the remote start/stop fob. We didn't realize how nice this made things; saving us from going out into the cold to push a button. Our only complaint is the noise. It is loud, and 8 days of it was uncomfortable. Howev...

Plus, it didn't supply the whole house. After a lot of research, I found that the Westinghouse 9500c had and excellent reputation. They were right. All I had to do was put the wheels on and filled it with oil and gas. I followed the easy start instructions, pushed a button and on it went. I can run the furnace, the fridge, the lights and more. I am so happy and relieved.

Ideal for Smaller Home

This portable little beast never fell short through all seasons. In the winter we also had a 40 ft RV hooked up. We never had a power shortage as long as we kept it fueled. I highly recommend this genny for heavy duty and continuous use year round.

Although the other generators still operate they have become dated. This generator in quite simple to start with a push of a button locally or remotely. There is still the ability to pull start if necessary. The power is sufficient to operate backup water pumps as well as refrigerator/freezers and household electronics. The price closed this deal. Quality and ease of operation with low noise and generous power output made this an outstanding purchase.

Put in oil and gas then charged battery a bit. Turned on gas valve and start switch. Pressed starter button and started generator. Light was flashing on start button then I pressed start button on fop and switch light turned green to reflect pairing. I ran the generator for 5 minutes and checked output. This is a great generator. I didn't have to mess with the choke to start it using the fop or start button. Later I plan to connect to natural gas for fuel. Powered everything I needed during an outage

Engine startup on propane was without issue. Noise level is not bad. I just ordered the high-altitude carb kit. However, the generator seems to run fine on propane at 7000 ft.

I really liked the easy set-up, which took only 10 minutes after getting the generator out of the box. The wheels were easy to attach. I like the tri-fuel feature as well. I plan to install the natural gas hook-up, but I tested it with gasoline right out of the box. Very happy with this purchase.

We have used it twice in the past 2 months on propane and it worked great. I was able to make coffee and cook during these power outages which I have not been able to do previously. We liked the propane because it is more stable but also like the fact that we can use gasoline also.
