The flavor is not to strong. Its great to use in omelettes. I recommended to everyone. What you pay for this cheese is worth it.

very sharp/sour flavor not a fan I guess of Goat Cheese. Maybe because it taste allot like a goat smells so it is a bit off putting

Good texture and better price. We use this on salads and pasta. Creamy, slightly tangy flavor. Lasts a while, too.

Ate with crackers and used in homemade Mac and cheese. Not as 'sharp' as feta, a milder goat cheese. Scrumptious!

It spent 24 hours accidentally left in my 100 degree car. Anyway I put it in the fridge and once cold it had retained its texture perfectly.
