Arrived in plastic, not a box. Sleeps wonderfully!! I only weigh 125, so it is perfect for me. It conforms to my body perfectly, allowing for great comfort. I had a sibling sleep on it for three nights who weighs 190lbs and they sleep so well that they bought one for themselves. So, no complaints as of yet. I don’t expect it to last past six years because of cost. But this is fine with me. The price was right!!!

For us, this mattress is perfect. Came out of the box, unrolled and was ready to use in about a day. We let it air out and fluff up, and switched out our old mattress the next day and have been happy ever since. There is no noticeable smell at all. It has a firm feel about is which I love, but also cradles around and supports your body. It's only been a few days that we've used it, but we are both happy campers.

Mattress filled out as it should in about 4 hours. We have been sleeping on it for about a month. There was no smell as some have talked about after 24 hours when we first slept on it. It has a firm but certainly not too firm feel and very comfortable. When one person gets up the other person cannot tell. Overall one of our favorite mattresses we have owned.

This ZINUS Night Therapy Green Tea 14” Hybrid Mattress is one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in for a long time. It was easy to unwrap and let adjust to the location of it; see it comes vacuumed packed in a box and was very heavy to move. The size/shape was a little bigger than our other mattress but not an issue and surprisingly nice to dress. Again, it is very comfortable and somewhat like another companies 'form & spring system' bed, but seems durable and a one I would recommend to people.

So far its what I expected in the firmness department. However in the Smell department it still has an odor, as does all my bedding. granted its just been a lil over a week, and I put the bedding on after it sat for 2 days.... so for anyone out there if I was doing this again I would let it air out for at least a week...

Nice and firm yet just enough memory foam to make it comfortable. I love the cooling gel. My husband freezes. Lol

This bed is firm but very comfortable. It expanded as expected even though it was lay in arrival due to the ice and snow storms. We are very happy with the purchase.

Loved the convenience of mattress arriving on our doorstep and setup was a breeze. This matress is just the right firmness and maintains an even temperature throughout the night. The biggest win is that my picky husband likes it!

This mattress has to be thicker than 14 inches. After you put it on the 18 inch base, it sits about 3 feet off the ground. Spoiler alert, base sold separately.

I suffer from chronic back pain at a young age and this mattress has been my life saver!!! Have had it for 3 weeks now and I have not slept sooo good in such a long time!!! After the day is over I go to bed with really bad low back pain especially after a day of doing house cleaning and some volleyball. Come home sore and in pain. But once I get into bed I immediately feel like I’m laying on clouds! I wake up feeling so good with little to no pain at all!!! Literally the best mattress ever!!!
