This is awful since the packaging change. Go back to the other vendor and packaging. I’m now exploring other options and I used to only buy chicken from Sam’s. In fact the chicken was the main reason I kept my membership, I’m now considering not renewing as well.

Texture and size of breast is incredibly inconsistent. Right now am much preferring costcos “air chilled” packs of chicken. Their chicken breasts remind me of how George’s chicken used to be before Sam’s decided to remove that brand. Have been incredibly disappointed since. And the organic option is 4 breasts to a pack…. That is not bulk purchasing. Please get the chicken under control!

The last two times I have purchased this chicken, there were leaks. I had them delivered twice and both times I had to disinfect the rest of my groceries. I tried to call customer service and was on hold for over 25 mins, then the other time after I waited, it was a dead line. I will NEVER buy this again.

PLEASE GO BACK TO PREVIOUS VENDOR/PACKAGES. Every pouch had multiple holes!! How did that even pass inspection? Can't tell how many pieces are in each pouch. Breasts were thinner, smaller, general quality of the chicken is poor.

I am so sad that Sams has taken all of the other choices away and left us with Members Mark on their chicken. I understand saving costs, but this chicken is fatty and has lots of bad cuts on it. Not impressed.

Pieces are small can't see what you're getting, I like the vacuum package but these are horrible compared to how they used to be. I don't understand why just changing packaging makes the product worse.

The packaging on this is not good. When you try to pull apart using the perforated line it rips the package and leaks everywhere. I’ve even used scissors before, it does the same thing. Packaging needs to be better.

We are always cooking family dinners. These are packed so well for freezing and meals. Love to have things in my freezer that I can grab so I don’t have to run to the store all the time.

Chicken did not look appealing. It was processed very rough. Some pieces looked partially shredded. The packaging was weird. Nothing like the old Sam’s club fresh chicken. Very disappointed

The worst chicken I’ve ever brought at Sam’s and I’ve been shopping there for 15 years, the new packaging is awful and difficult to work with . The chicken it’s was so disgusting I threw half of it away. I’ll NEVER buy it again
