Also, the glue holding the back's together would not come apart and I ended up with another torn package. I either had to use 2 of the 4 packages right away, or repackage one in order to freeze what I didn't need. I do like the convenience of the way it's packaged but wish it was easier to separate to freeze

Packages were glued together with so much glue it went through the package on to the chicken...could not pull apart....threw away... Don't want to eat chicken and glue....no quality checks.... Who uses hot glue on chicken...should be recalled...could make you sick...really dumb idea!

Shalome - 3 out of 5 stars review9/12/2024Sam's had the most beautiful chicken breasts that were great for slicing, grilling, or stuffing. When the vacuum packed product came out I thought it was a great idea because they were easier to take home. Unfortunately the chicken breasts are not the same. This is the third time I've bought them and they are mangled. Mostly the back side but sometimes they are torn up on the front side too. They will be okay for a stir fry but grilling them with be a problem because they are in ribbons in some places. I have photos and video but there isn't a way to attach them. Please bring back the product that were sold in trays!

In fact, because of this chicken, I have not been able to look at, buy or smell any chicken. I stopped buying any chicken! I am DEFINITELY NEVER PURCHASING CHICKEN FROM SAMS CLUB AGAIN!! The first time, I thought it was a fluke. Then the next time it was also rotten!! Definitely NEVER purchasing chicken from Sam's ever again. What a huge waste of money! You could kill your family eating this! That is how rancid it is right out of the bag. Great packaging design, as it's going to kill people! Your feedback is importan... - 5 out of 5 stars review6/11/2024I will say the butchering on this was not the best but they were way cleaner than what I get in other grocery stores, and the chicken breasts weren't uniform. I personally liked there were 2 breasts a package because I cook for 2-4 people so it works out good and prevents me from having to portion things out. The chicken itself cooked up really well, I really have nothing bad to say about the chicken. Would definitely get it again.

Part of the reason I buy chicken from Sam's is the big package and good quality meat. I cook at least 2 packages per week. Not only is the new packaging difficult to maneuver (4 separate pouches with 2 breasts in each pouch), the pieces of chicken are smaller and really stringy.

They are a great portion full of flavor and juice not fatty at all! My husband and I enjoyed and will be purchasing more in the future. We actually purchased wings as well. (love they are in flats and drumettes and don't need to be cut apart!) Thanks for this new packaging, Members Mark! =)

I understand it is by weight but when I am trying to cook for two and I open the package and there is only one breast it is aggravating. I like to be able to see what the chicken actually looks like before buying it.

With only two of us in the house, we are constantly packaging and freezing extras...and this convenient packaging saved me so much time! Not to mention, the chicken is delicious! So tender and juicy, not dry at all!

Before marinating, I sliced the chicken into strips. Cut them a little large, expecting some shrinkage as the cooked. I experienced hardly any change in size, so the strips were a little large, no worries. More chicken per bite!

The main difficulty is the sticky tack inbetween the packages. Im a woman in my 30s spening 10 minutes hurting my hands trying to get sticky tack off of a plastic bag. Its ridiculous. I much prefer the other packaging as a whole or it would be helpful if the sticky tack is not added on when manufacturing it.Chrislynn

The pieces are much smaller and some pieces don't look like breast. I have found bones and weird blood spots. Its awful. Very dissapointed.

I CANNOT pull apart - it is glued and when I try to possibly use scissors, even though I try to be so careful, I poke a tiny hole. I will probably not purchase this again for that very reason.

This was helpful for only using what we needed and freezing the rest. The chicken breast were large and grilled up juicy. The chicken had a lot of flavor and we enjoyed them immensely.

mbatdorf - 3 out of 5 stars review4/26/2024I have been buying all my meat from Sam's for at least 10 years. I absolutely HATE the chicken in the bag. The first pack I got the chicken was smashed and basically shredded. It is NOT easy to separate packets because I've had them rip open and the sticky bit holding the two sides has also ripped open bags. Maybe MAYBE I would suck it up if the bags had an easy open corner like the ground beef. To open I have to extremely carefully separate the packets then cut the bag open and try really hard not to contaminate everything with raw chicken juices. LOSE THE BAG GO BACK TO THE TRAY
