I was diagnosed with an autoimmune Disease. That left me so drained, I had pain all over my body, and completely fatigued.I found it hard to get out of bed and perform small tasks. Recently, European scientists supplemented just under 900 people for a period of one year with 250 mg, 500 mg, and 1,000 mg. They concluded that Glutathione works proportional to Dose & Time. What they found out is that a dose of Glutathione must go proportional to age, and also, that Glutathione does not show up in tissues until few to several months of supplementation go by. They also suggest that Glutathione should be supplemented five days a week. The intent is to allow the liver to continue producing Glutathione on its own as opposed to get lazy. After extensive research of my own, I concluded that 'Codeage Liposomal Glutathione 1000 mg' is a top-notch product utilizing Setria® Glutathione. That product is an excellent choice for older people with a sensibly good state of health. I believe Codeage also has a 500 mg version.

To be honest, I thought I would notice the best results in focus and clarity, but this supplement has most obviously improved my skin. I can't really describe the other effects, but I just feel a little better, like my body is working optimally. It's flavorless and easy to swallow, but I would recommend taking it with some food. Pretty much every time I've taken it on an empty stomach (as the packaging permits), it's given me a mild stomach ache, or made me STARVING in a not fun way within 10 min. So I would just recommend having a snack or taking it with some juice. With food or juice, it goes down easy.
