Liposomal is the best form of Glutathione! I was skeptical of this one due to the pretty reasonable price and the comparatively low dose. Free form is what most of your less expensive glutathione supplements usually are. This liposomal glutathione is more readily absorbed by the body, so I saw benefits from one pill that took that 2-4 with free form supplements. For me, I use glutathione for it's powerful antioxidant properties, most notably for digestive distress in my colon. I've found that I'm more regular, and not having to struggle to move my bowels. I also feel like I've been able to work very hard in the yard, and not feel completely exhausted and sore the next day. It helps with inflammation throughtout my body, and I'm loving this form of glutathione!

I am pleased with this product, Liposomal Glutathione. I have a noticeable I increase in energy, which is huge at 72. I have found that it's smarter to purchase the 1000 dose for only $10 more and only take one pill a day, since I want the 500 dose. It's a big savings.

Unfortunately this stuff gave me intense heartburn. I was so looking forward to taking it. I bought three bottles that I cannot use. I tried starting with one pill and increasing slowly, but I just felt so awful I had to stop taking it. I'm so disappointed. Plus I'm out quite a bit of money.

Broke my face out and i show its doing nothing else

The product I received came in different packaging than what was advertised. The listing shows the “Anti-Oxidant” packaging, but the one I received says “Beyond Vitamins.” That was disappointing and feels misleading. I took it with breakfast, about 30 minutes after eating. Almost immediately, I felt nauseous and had severe gas that sent me running to the bathroom. My body is already used to taking glutathione—I previously took 500 mg from a different brand without any issues. I decided to try this one because it was a better deal, but unfortunately, it didn't work well for me. In this case, you get what you pay for. The packaging is misleading, and my experience with the product was not good.
