I have only been taking it for a month can't say if I'm experiencing and dramatic results in any other ways, but I have noticed that a chronic skin problem I've been dealing with for years has really cleared up, and that alone makes it worth taking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been taking it for 3 weeks and I am starting to feel much better. More energy, less sluggish and today I noticed a slight fading of the Cherry angiomas on my face. I will definitely be reordering this product.

To be honest, I thought I would notice the best results in focus and clarity, but this supplement has most obviously improved my skin. I can't really describe the other effects, but I just feel a little better, like my body is working optimally. It's flavorless and easy to swallow, but I would recommend taking it with some food. Pretty much every time I've taken it on an empty stomach (as the packaging permits), it's given me a mild stomach ache, or made me STARVING in a not fun way within 10 min. So I would just recommend having a snack or taking it with some juice. With food or juice, it goes down easy.
