Great

This may or may not be an amazing product, but the packaging is horrendous. It's packaged in a large plastic container that is only 1/4 full (that's a generous estimate) of product. How can a companies purport to care about the health of the customers when they refuse to look at thier choices when it comes to the planet. Or is this intentional, the more waste and plastic polution they create the more we need things like this antioxidant product. Just makes me so sad. Do better!

Wasteful Use of Plastic

Liposomal is the best form of Glutathione! I was skeptical of this one due to the pretty reasonable price and the comparatively low dose. Free form is what most of your less expensive glutathione supplements usually are. This liposomal glutathione is more readily absorbed by the body, so I saw benefits from one pill that took that 2-4 with free form supplements.

For me, I use glutathione for it's powerful antioxidant properties, most notably for digestive distress in my colon. I've found that I'm more regular, and not having to struggle to move my bowels. I also feel like I've been able to work very hard in the yard, and not feel completely exhausted and sore the next day. It helps with inflammation throughtout my body, and I'm loving this form of glutathione!
