I have purchased 2 of them. I love them. Ive had them both for over 6 months and they have been used really hard. We do food sevice so they get used way more than one would normally for personal use. Held up really good and no issues. Will buy a 3rd. I hate heavy crock inserts. These are easy to wash. Non stick. Which makes clean up a breeze.

I've used it once now and I have a new favorite Appliance! It cooked 6 lb of bottom round roast tender in less than 5 hours. Whereas our old slow cooker would usually take around 8 hours and sometimes not get that amount of roast cooked tender. This definitely has enough cooking power to get that amount of roast hot and cooking right away.

I LOVED this appliance and was able to use it 1-2 times per week in the last 2 months. I made so many yummy dishes in it, served me well for Thanksgiving and Christmas meals, and it's visually appealing on countertop. However, I noticed today that they are chips and the material is flaking off all along the top rim of the cooker and one spot on the inside. I have only ever used the plastic spoon that came with it and only hand washed (never placed it in a dishwasher). I am so bummed. Sam's was great to refund me. But, wanted others to beware!

Best slow cooker I have ever owned. The only con I have is the metal side handles don't have a rubber grip because this wonderful slow cooker does get hot real hot. Please get you one I have cooked cabbage, baked beans, pot roast, I mean if I can throw it in there I will it cooks beautifully and even. Its easy to clean and don't take up a lot of space. I remember I just needed to sauté something real quick I used this slow cooker it did what needed to be done LOVE IT it looks exactly like the picture.

Worse slow cooker I've ever had. The sear function hardly has any power behind it and unless you're slow cooking on high for many hours past what you would normally do, you wont have any success. The non-stick coating is also super fragile and is scratching just from the lid. I'm returning this item today.
