Our family loves the Bentgo products! We own two kids lunch boxes, two chill lunch boxes, two kids snack boxes and a pack of the Buddies Reusable Ice Packs. All are amazing quality and great for school! This was our first time purchasing the kids cup and before we can even use it, I can’t for the life of me reassemble the lid pieces again. When I took the spout out to clean it, the two plastic pieces came off. I don’t know if this is normal or we got a faulty lid? I reached out to customer service and they were SO helpful. They made my problem right and I will continue to highly recommend Bentgo products to everyone. Amazing products AND amazing costumer service? What more could a consumer want!

A really great,well thought product that my toddler loves paired with a excellent customer service experience that was unexpected. We had an issue with our lunchbox where some mold grew on the silicone. Bentgo helped us try and clean the mold off, and then replaced the item in record time. We were really impressed and will definitely be ordering more in the future.

My son has been using this lunchbox for about a month at school. I noticed an issue with the lunchbox and messaged customer support just for some help on how I could just fix the lunchbox without replacing it. I received a quick reply with some tips and tricks to try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, it didn’t work. However, I was pleasantly surprised to have been offered a free replacement, which would be received in just a few business days. The customer support staff really went above and beyond to resolve the issue! My son loves this lunchbox because it has fun compartments, a fun design, and it doesn’t spill! Highly recommend both the product and the company.

This was given to us as a gift and I really liked it. It's easy for my 3 year old to get opened and makes packing his lunch a little easier. We ended up buying a second one for my younger child. It did develop mold on the rubber seal, but I contacted Customer Service and they're replacing it. I'm hopeful it won't mold again.

My daughter got this lunchbox for her first year in school. It has been such an easy way to make lunches for her to take each day. As a teacher myself, most of my own students have these as well. The silicone has started to get some mold on it but customer service has been great about exchanging it for a new one!

It is superior quality and it can keeps food separated which is very important for our boy. He cannot wait to use it when he goes back to school but for now we take it to have picnic in our backyard. I had bought a Bentgo Kids Prints Lunch Box color submarine near a year ago. I contacted customer service and they responder to the warranty of my item. I am really happy with their products. We got a back pack, lunch bag, water bottle, lunch box for her snack, and a pop for her lunch. We have been impressed by the quality and I LOVE the leak proof feature since she usually takes vegetables for her snack and always wants dressing to dip in. Plus she is loving her unicorn print and everything matches so she knows they belong to her.

My kindergartener loves her lunchbox. i love the 5 compartments that I can give her a balanced meal, something different in each compartment. She doesn't like her food touching so these compartments are great for that too. It would be nice to have all parts of the bentgo, not just the inside tray, be dishwasher safe, since I make her lunches everyday I have to hand wash the bentgo case every night and let it air dry. But other than that its a great lunchbox.

Our Bentgo has lasted 4 years, and has traveled through customs many times through many states. It’s survived the clumsy hands of a toddler, and the hot beaches of Florida. We turned it into a snack box for Disney, on multiple occasions. 4 years is well worth the money.
