Bought this lunch box and book bag for my 4 year old and I absolutely love it. It’s completely secure and just very cute. The customer service of the company is amazing as well. The rubber had mold spots and when I reached out they were quick with steps to get rid of the mold. When the suggestions did not work they were amazing and sent me a new one right away even though it was not covered under the warranty. Not only will I keep buying their products because they are great products but because their customer service is exceptional.

I bought my bentgo lunch box for my daughter in November 2022. It’s meant for leak-proof. After using a few times, I noticed that it leaked through the lunch bag and school bag. I realized that my purchase was still within the warranty. I immediately reached to customer service team. The whole price only took 3 days max that I already received the replacement. I am delightfully happy with my purchase and the customer service that I am provided. Would continue to explore different products with Bentgo! :)

I bought this lunchbox for my kindergartener in aug 2023. It is now dec 2023 and the lunchbox is very difficult to close, like it is warped or something. I am in contact with customer service, which seems to be more than accommodating when these things happen. Otherwise, I feel this is more for toddlers, not for kids 5+ (unless your kid doesn’t eat). The sections are nice but it’s very difficult to fit a full sandwich. It’s def big enough for a half sandwich. My kid eats so, this doesn’t suit him.

I bought 2 of these water bottles about a month ago. I love the design and colors of this water bottle but the bottle design is terrible. I am one that takes my son’s water bottles apart to clean them. Taking it apart and putting it back together was a nightmare. I have never had that much trouble with any other brand. It took me about 30 min to finally get it back together. I do not recommend this product if you’re going to take it apart to clean it.

I am a huge fan of the Bentgo Kids water bottle. Its ease of cleaning, high-quality materials, and adorable design make it a winner in my book. My son loves it, and as a parent, that's all I could ask for. I highly recommend this water bottle to anyone looking for a reliable and fun hydration solution for their little ones.

This lunchbox has been a life saver for me! I love how I’m able to give my daughter a variety of different options for lunch. It also helps with visually seeing everything you’re preparing for your child daily to make sure your providing them a balanced diet everyday at school.

I bought a couple Bentgo kids lunch boxes for my daughter about a year ago. They are the best. They don't leak, and have enough space for her whole lunch. I had a couple minor issues with the boxes after purchase and contacted support. They were super easy to deal with and took good care of me. Would highly recommend

I have the pink fairy lunchbox & my daughter loves it and I love it so I can have her try many different foods & I love that it don’t leak so excited they have new colors can’t wait for my daughter to get the new prints she’s almost 2 and I will be buying more for whenever she starts school.

These containers have been an absolute life saver for me and my family. My son has adhd and ASD, very picky with foods and with foods touching. This gives us the ability to pack a little of each of his favourite foods separately. We have been using these since pre-k and now he is in grade 1. They last a long time and are very durable. We have never had a problem with them leaking. We put a thin ice pack underneath these in his lunch bag and it stays cold all day. I meal prep with these Sunday afternoons so in the morning we can grab and go! We also like the Bentgo snack containers to send for afternoon snacks. Thank you so much for making these and having awesome customer service!!

I bought this item back in January of this year. I have multiple Be tho boxes for my children that they bring to school. All of which are washed the same way. This one has started to get mild that is growing on the inside top portion of the box. I tried to get this mold removed but it will not come off. This Bentgo box does not sit with water inside of it or anything to cause this to happen.
