I have an autistic child and he is really selective and a picky eater so that means I have to pack his breakfast, lunch and snack every morning, so with bento kids lunch box it makes it easy for me to pack him what he really likes and what he is going to eat. The cool designs also make it fun for him and he enjoys opening his bento lunch box durning breakfast, lunch and snack time. My daughter takes her Bentgo to school but recently got some tomato/pasta sauce on the outside rubber part and I was having a difficult time removing the stains. I contacted customer service and they offered some cleaning recommendations that I tried but unfortunately it didn't remove the stains. They went beyond and sent me a replacement! Great customer service and great product!

I bought this bentgo kids lunch box for my toddler. I’d worked in childcare before and knew I wanted to get her one as well. I found one at our local store and when I got it home it was broken. I contacted customer support and they got us a replacement in just a few days! I’m so excited to use this for my kiddo, and even got another one for my nephew as well.

I bought this for my kids. I love the style and the quality of the box overall is good. The tray is very conveniente for a mom with toddlers and young children. It is sealed proof and does not break easily. The only issue is that mold builds up on the rubber and it is sometimes not easy to removed. I wash and dry daily and still mold grew up there. I did use vinegar and some bleach to clean but still there. Reached to customer service and they replace it. Customer service was a very positive experience. Washing the bottom part of the tray and drying it is challenging and brush is needed to make sure it is well clean. I share feedback with Bentgo and they are working on improving their design.

I bought the dinosaur backpack and bento kids print lunch box together for my toddler son after searching for several options online. The features I really like are compartments for portion control, leak proof design and the cute prints. Unfortunately the compartment developed a crack, however the bentgo customer service is awesome and prompt and they processed a replacement within minutes of reaching out to them. I would surely recommend this product and the company that stands behind its products.

I bought a couple Bentgo kids lunch boxes for my daughter about a year ago. They are the best. They don't leak, and have enough space for her whole lunch. I had a couple minor issues with the boxes after purchase and contacted support. They were super easy to deal with and took good care of me. Would highly recommend

I had purchased Bentgo lunch boxes for both my 2 year old grandchildren, unfortunately, one box had a "black discoloration" appear on the top of the box (rubber substance marking the boxes). I could not clean it, I contacted Bentgo and they have graciously offered to replace! Now that is customer service at its best!

I bought 2 of these—dinosaur and unicorn—for my toddler and preschooler for travel and eventually school lunches. They were so fantastic for the plane ride and during our trip. Lots of room for different eats. Love the little circular compartment in the middle…kept the 1YO busy on the plane. I wasn’t thinking about keeping things cool when I chose this model (I didn’t know there was a freezer pack one), so that’s why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

My son loves his box. So easy for him to open and close up (he is 5 in kindergarten). I love not having to use multiple bags or containers when making his lunch. Only sad thing was my box did warp a bit when washed. Be careful if washing in the dishwasher. But reached out to customer support and they are helping me a new one.

We've had a bentgo for each of our children. One has been in use daily for about 2.5 years and the other one has been used daily for around a year. They are both in perfect condition. I make their lunches the night before and they somehow the food smells don't mix with each other. I put the inner compartment in the dishwasher every night with no issues. Very happy with our products! I don't expect them to break but if they happen to get lost, we will buy again!
